Sabrina Desai is amazing

I wish I has seen her first. Always find an excellent practitioner if you want to have eye trough fillers

I recently had my eye troughs filled. I had spent two years considering it as i have very dark circles under my eyes. i finally booked someone based on online testimonials and the fact they had apparently performed "thousands" of these procedures. After only one day I looked like i had done a round in the boxing ring with Mike Tyson. My eyes were red and bruised and extremely swollen - i looked like a monster. I called the clinic to ask if this was normal and was reassured that this reaction sometimes happened. Anyway, after three weeks i finally decided to do some more research and came across this invaluable website and saw some excellent reviews for an eye surgeon called Sabrina Desai. I booked in to see her as i was convinced the filler was incorrect as i have lumps under my eyes and folds (not the looks i was going for!!!) I saw her today and she took one look at me and told me it had been placed in the wrong part of my eye (near the nose) and that i had a tindall effect and the filler that was used was much too heavy. She is an expert in her field and will remove this filler next week. I am so relieved that I met her. She told me that every time someone has filler put into their face they are putting themselves at risk of potential blindness- yes blindness! She said so far in the world there have only been 50 cases reported but that there is always a risk. The practitioner you see should always have a huge amount of experience with anatomy. She is an eye surgeon and knows what she is talking about. She also told me that I should not have been given filler under my eyes, especially in that part of my eyes. She was extremely realistic and kind and I was extremely impressed by her sincerity and honesty. She also told me that sometimes we find ourselves chasing these idealised notions of beauty that are unrealistic and that we need to be aware of that before we have any procedures. I will be going to her next week to have the filler dissolved and in the future, if i decide i need any non surgical tweaks, I will always go to her. Our health and our faces are too important. The bottom line for me is that i believe these practices should be regulated by the government.
