After coming across the Miradry reviews on this...
After coming across the Miradry reviews on this site i was very keen to try the treatment for odour control more than wetness and booked in to the PHI Clinic in Harley Street, London, UK.
The clinic is very nice with a open reception, Having mixed up my appointment days they very kindly were able to find time to see and treat me. I opted to pay befor the treatment and was taken to a side room to make my payment.
The room was cool, i removed my bar and was given a towel to use for covering up. The positioning tattoo was applied with the alcohol, which stung a little bit. The doctor then injected then anaesthetic, which did not hurt at all save for a little stinging, saline was added making the whole area swell. Both arms were complete within 45 mins, after which the therapist used the Miradry hose thingy on my underarms, following the lines laid out by the tattoos. This seemed a little difficult due to the saline / swelling.
Following information from other reviews I request the machine was used on the highest setting , which they had no issue agreeing with. Another Dr in London had told me it would cost more to use the highest setting, i am still trying to work out why....
1/3 way through the 1st arm someone tripped over the lead which unplugged the machine, they decided to start again on the same arm, I am hoping this means that bit got a double dose :) apart from that the treatment when smoothly and was all finished within a further 50 mins.
I was given ice packs and used public transport to get home without issue. I was in no pain that evening, although my arm pits were swollen, and again am in very little pain the next day. I have not taken any painkillers and have not used the ice packs since.
Next day, arms are still very swollen and one side (Right) feels clammy, the left hand side feels slightly achy and is more tender than the other side, there is def. no sweat or odour from that side. Having looked at the images i feel one side the tattoo placement may have been a little off, as it just dose not feel like the other arm, I rang the clinic with my concerns that one side feels different from the other and they said to give it some time and they will check in with me over the next few days.
They also said if there was any doubt they would have me back in and redo the area free of charge. on this basis, and how they have dealt with my after concerns so far, i am really pleased with the service from PHI Clinic and if you happened to get Dr Dishy :) you will be very pleased.
Withholding full stars to see how the treatment works and if i need a re-do on 1 arm.

Follow Up
So it has been a week and overall I am very pleased. The Miradry treatment has worked perfectly on my left underarm and from the moment treatment was completed (on that side) I have not experienced any sweating or odour from that arm pitt. Sadly this has not been the same for my right underarm, which seems to have had less success with slight sweat and odour still remaining.
The swelling took 3 days to go down after the treatment, during which time i did not take any pain killers as i wanted to feel what was going on :) My inner arm pitt basically felt like it had been microwaved, a very strange but not painfull tightening on the inside. This turned in to a solid mass that i could feel under the swelling and that slowly got smaller over the week.
I spoke to Phi clinic the day after re: my concerns and Dr B. rang me a few days later to talk through my concerns. I feel the initial placement of the Miradry positioning tattoo by the nurse (who has since left the clinic) may have been slightly off / too high. Dr B. listen to my concerns, requested i wait a month for the swelling to go down and insits if the issue is still present in a month he will have me back into re-treat the area free of charge. He even had his P.A call to book the appointment in 4 weeks time.
The aftercare from PHI has been amazing, DR B. said he will be personally treating me from now on and to contact him with any concerns at all. I truly belive he cares about the outcomes of his patiens and they have gone above and beyond in my treatment, so even though i do not have the desired outcome.. yet, i am sure with the revision i will be very pleased i chose this treatment.

I am sweating: both wetness and odour from the right arm pitt and think there maybe a slight odour coming from the left arm pit - def no wetness from this arm though. No sure if it is my mind playing tricks or if the sweating is returning and i need a 2nd treatment. I will wait and see.
Dr Dillon . PHI has booked me in for a review early next month and will retreat the right arm if needs be.
Hopefully this and one more treatment will resolve this issues forever.

I am pleased with the service from PHI Clinic, they were very accommodating when i got the appointment time wrong and were able to shuffle things to still see me.
