Wanted to do this for years, wish I had done it years ago, so much time wasted!
I had children very young, my first at 16, my skin is very fair and body and breasts were damaged from then on. I was always self conscious of my breasts and wouldn’t undress infront of anyone. Before children I was a 34B, before the op I was a 34F/G a baggy droopy one. My weight had yo yo’d over the years and this had taken a toll on my body, which I felt had aged a bit too much. My weight before the op however had been stable for quite a few years and just fluctuate within half a stone either way.
My sister works in a NHS hospital with Mr Mashhadi and had commented how brilliant his work
was and particularly how invisible his stitches were.
I arranged a meeting in London Harley Street, my self confidence was very low and when
I had to take my top off in front of the surgeon I was very close to crying, I didn’t let anyone
see them, even my longterm partner of more than 30 years. Mr M was so kind and gentle
with me. After the first consultation we spoke several times on the telephone and then I finally
bit the bullet and gave the go-ahead with the operation. Things happened so quickly from this
point the operation was booked and over with within 2 weeks!
I had the operation at the Riverside Hospital near Heathrow, it is a Transform Hospital. I stayed overnight and could of stayed longer if I needed to. The staff were lovely, very caring. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
After the operation I wasn’t really sore, just a bit apprehensive about moving as thought I might damage myself, but I didn’t and my confidence grew. A new kind of compression dressing was used (PICO dressing) and it was really comfortable and clever it works off a battery which creates an electrical vacuum and creates a kind of protective corset whilst keeping the wounds clean and dry, very clever stuff, I paid extra for these but I researched them first, it was a no brainer as they really keep the wounds clean, compressed and infection free and have probably helped with my fast non complicated recovery.
I have seen Mr Mashhadi every week for a check for the last 3 weeks, I am 3.5 weeks post op and will see him again next week. On the first week, I was too scared to even look at my breasts as I am quite squeamish, with encouragement, I did and could not believe how brilliant they looked, they were never that good when I was younger!! I cannot believe they are mine, that sounds so cheesy but so true, I am now a C/D cup I think, although there is still a little swelling to go down. I asked to go as small as possible. I am over the moon with the results.
I had neck/under chin liposuction at the same time, please see my separate review for this.
I am off on holiday to Croatia at 4.5 weeks post op. This was booked well before I decided on the
operation and I was concerned initially that I wouldn’t be well enough, but now 3.5 weeks in I feel
fine, I get a little tired in the evening but that’s about it, I feel more than well enough to go away, my
wounds are all healed.
Mr Mashhadi has been lovely, I have had a few early post op concerns, which amounted to nothing..just me being a bit of a worrier, but he is just a telephone, text or ‘wattsapp' away and said I can see him anytime. I cannot recommend him highly enough and if I have any more plastic surgery in the future it will be him that I call first. I personally think he is a genius and a lovely man. I am a totally different person now, you do not realise how much these things get you down, I literally have had a weight off my shoulders physically and mentally. This experience has been a life changer. If anyone has any queries please get in touch. I do not have any photos at the moment as I was so ashamed of myself at the beginning of this journey, but Mr Mashhadi does have photos which I am sure he
can show anyone if they are interested, I will get copies of them. Please feel free to contact me if you want to know anything. Good luck everyone, be brave, it is soo worth it!

Provider Review
A really nice, kind compassionate man. A talented genius of a Plastic Surgeon who has made such a significant difference to my world/life. I am so happy with the results and I can't recommend him highly enough. His before and aftercare is fantastic, no queries is too small. Would be my first choice in the future. Thank you Mr Mashhadi :-)
