I had hooded eyelids. I couldn't wear eyeshadow as you really couldn't see it. My eyes looked small and tired most of the time. I saw a consultant and she explained about non surgical blepharoplasty. I was keen to do it. She applied EMLA cream to my eyelids that stayed on for 45 minutes. The procedure itself was not uncomfortable. It felt a little warm in some areas but other than that nothing. I had some swelling for about 3 days and had an intermittent stinging sensation. I kept my eyelids moist with Vaseline and used ice packs for the first 2 days. I had to use some mineral foundation on my eyelids as there is some bruising and discoloration from the procedure. It is now 2 weeks on and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this treatment.

How does a non-surgical blepharoplasty work?

It works using radio frequency. It tightens up the skin. And i am sure along with other radio frequency procedures, you will continue to see more imorovement over time. Im having my second session next week

amazing!! I've done some research on this treatment and it sounds very promising. I'm not sure it's available in the United States yet?

I don't know unfortunately. I would do a search in your area and check websites for clinics in your city. I am originally from Philly and i know of a few medical clinics but not sure if they have it.

I'm on my 3rd treatment of plexr and have to say the first treatment was fine, second treatment bearable and 3rd treatment very sore and a lot of swelling. I can defiantly see a difference with this however I do notice small lesion marks when I wash my face around the eyes. Do you have this problem? I am due a 4th but after this 3rd treatment I am considering not having a 4th as I am finding very painful

I had my second session today. It was pretty much the same as the first. I have begun the swelling process and the best thing to do is apply vaseline and applying icepacks. as the icepacks wont stick to the skin while the vaseline is applied. Ice packs get cold very quickly so applying them for a minute at a time is fine. I am very happy with the reults as I can see the lift almost immediately. I highly recommend having this done.

Great tip about the vaseline, I've never heard that before.  If you wrap the icepack in a washcloth it will help with the too cold feeling and protect your skin.  Thanks for posting more pics- they are super helpful!

Yesterday there was quite a bit of swelling. I continued to use ice packs and vaseline along with copper peptide. Also took ibuprofen every 6 hours. Significantly decreased the swelling

Hello - its encouraging that this non-surgical treatment can reduce the excess eyelid skin for you! During the first 2 days when putting ice packs on lids to reduce swelling, can you go out or go to work, or does it need 2 days at home please>?

It depends on how you respond to treatment. I had the next day at home due to the swelling, but was back at work the day after. Due to the swelling, your eyes feel very tight and in my case they were swollen almost completely shut. Hence the icepacks and ibuprofen. The swelling decreases, but you still look like you went 3 rounds with Rocky. Still very worth it!
