Hi,
I have been thinking about breast lift and implants for about 3 years, final straw was holidaying with hubby & friends and no bikini top looked any good! Actually booked months ago and had procedure on 18th Aug. Found day 2 to about day 9/10 talky uncomfortable and painful. I am now on day 19. Things are definitely getting better, still hard and skin really sensitive bit can actually see they are exactly what I was after, snuck a little bikini top on the other day to try and had a huge grin on face...def worth it!!!

Hi, my surgeon is Mark Solomos, from The Harley Medical Group. His bed side manner is quite 'dry' but he was great.

Ps good luck. Be warned it had been quite painful at times, but keep telling myself it will all be worth it x

How long did the surgery take? How did u feel after? I was going to have my surgery with Mark solomos but couldn't get to the consultation quick enough (he had a cancellation) I'm still not 100% sure on implant size...me and my surgeon did agree with 400cc but now I'm thinking 450cc. So hard to decide x

Hi, I think the op was about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, not 100% sure was pretty out of it. I said to him I wanted natural (not stuck on cannonballs) not too big boobs and I completely trusted his & the nurses at the consultations judgement, I did a lot of research on Mark Solomos so I was sure he was the right surgeon for me, I would recommend him 100%, like I said in another post, his bedside manner is very dry. I had the op at Highgate Hospital in London and again couldn't fault the staff, they were all so nice. I hope that helps a little and good luck, so pleased I had it done and can't wait for the following months when these puppies really settle down.

Awww thank you,I am 5' 9 and weigh about 10.5 stone, so quite long and thinnish. I didn't want my boobs to be obvious as hate the stuck on massive look so I went for 350cc and 375cc (was a bit wonky b4) under the muscle silicone. I had uplift and implant. I am very happy, took a while to heal but worth every penny, feel so much more confident. Hope that helps x

Should add had found implants not treat drop, I wanted as natural looking as possible and thought that would be tear drop shape but apparently not. Are you booked in for surgery?

I go in for my pre op tomorrow!! So excited but Also very nervous. I just want to pick out the right size. I was thinking to stay around 300 cc but now I'm not too sure. Maybe that's too small. I'm 5'8 155. Starting out as a 34b.
