37 Yo, 1 Kid, Breast Implant Replacement Project - London, GB

I've had a 20 minutes consultation with Dr. Andrea today. I told him I wanted 500cc under the muscle not high profile but with a full aspect. He said that my implants are assimetric at the moment, and little can be done about the gap between my boobs. He said that was due to the fact I'm skinny. So he recommended 375cc (no more than that) under the muscle. If I wanted bigger it would be better to do one procedure now, to strech the skin, and other in future. I have no doubt he is very skilled and realistic about the surgery outcome. However I'm not willing to pay almost £6000 to add 95ml to my current size. It's just not worth it. Now I feel like Dr. Marcos from the Hospital Group is on the lead. He sugested 400cc, over the muscle with fat transfer (from my belly) to reduce the gap appearance between my boobs, and all for £5595. So, I think if I'm going to replace my implants in London I need to see 1 or 2 diferents surgeons.

I'm evaluating options for some work I need to be done in order to feel more confident about my looks. I've had self confidence issues my whole life. Well but this post is about breast replacement. I had my first BA 10 years ago, high profile, 280cc, not sure if it was Silimed implants over the muscle. The thing is last year they began to kind of feel funny, I can feel like plastic noise when touching, it's like its losing volume. I saw my gp, had mamogram but everything was ok, so I thought it's time for a change. My goal it's between 410 - 500 cc subfacial position. I'm aproximately 5'7, 53 kg. So far I had 2 consultations, in 2 different clinics in London - The Hospital Group and MYA. My first consultation was in the Hospital Group. I really liked Dr. Marcos, he's so sweet and I felt that I could do the surgery with him straight away. I wanted under the muscle implant, but he sugested subglandular - this was the only idea I wasn't into. Then today I went for my consultation at MYA with the patient cordinator. In this first stage I wouldn't give them high scores. Well another consultation was booked with the surgeon in 2 weeks. Still don't know what to expect, but felt tempted by the financing option, which would be convenient for me - as I'm planning to have another surgery (hairline lowering) in August.
