29 Years Old and Finally Made the Decision for Breast Augmentation
Like most of us ladies, I have always wanted to feel more feminine. I’m a tall women, very slim and my breast have never been larger than an A Cup even after giving birth and breast feeding so I made the decision to book a consultation at a clinic in London with Dr E. Cotrufo.
The staff members at the clinic were extremely professional in booking my consultation. The day finally arrived and was not quite sure what to expect but I met with Dr. Cotrufo a well-spoken, gentle and intelligent man who with his experience in the field was able to understand my needs and guide me to make the best decision for me for the long term.
What I really appreciated was that he used his experience to best advice and guide me through my consultations with him and understood that as this is my first time undergoing any operation that I may need more explaining in regards to the size of implants that would best suit my athletic body frame and what would actually look proportionate to my body and height. I had to respect his opinion because of his profession as excited as I was to enhance my appearance this was no trip to the shopping mall.
Dr. Cotrufo helped me understand the long and short term advantages and disadvantages to a 300cc implant and thought that a 240cc would be a better fit for my frame and long term I should experience greater benefits all due to my body type. Of course initially I didn't want to agree but once again I had to step out of my ego and remember the real reason I wanted the breast augmentation and we all have our individual reasons....mine was so that I look more feminine in the clothes that I wear and after my children and losing the breast I gained from breast feeding I knew that this operation would give me a boost in my confidence and not for anyone else but for me.
Dr. Cotrufo will always give his honest opinion.He Listens to your concerns and give you plenty of time to make you final decision. His character was always professional and friendly enough that made me feel very comfortable allowing him to operate on my body.
On the day of the operation he came to meet me in my hospital room as friendly and professional as always, made me feel at ease and he was also there when I woke up after the operation, which I find to be extremely important to avoid the patient from feeling uneasy or as though nobody cares...the nurses were perfect as they displayed genuine kindness.
A few weeks after my bandages were taken off I was due to meet with Dr. Cotrufo to look at the breast Augmentation and discuss my progress. I was very happy with his work and so was he and in the end I felt that I chose the right Doctor because he knew exactly what he was talking about his recommendation was very good for my body type and now I fit into a 36C and I feel more confident in my skin and it shows.
Dr. Contrufo is always a phone call away and also keeps up with his patients, I receive a call or txt from him once in a while and he would simply be checking up on my wellbeing and that I do appreciate.
I’m completely satisfied with my breast Augmentation and in the future I would always return to the same surgeon.

Greeting to you all,
I wasn't too sure weather I wanted to share my story or not but reading through all of the stories in this forum that have helped me make my decisions I know for sure I will be able to inform someone out there and help someone too.
I'm an African female , tall and slim very athletic all my life. Since the age of 13 when I noticed my friends growing their teen breasts I couldn't wait only to rapidly realise that I was a very slow developer. My mum always told me when you have your children they will grow so I waited patiently and by the age of 27 I had two children and yes! my breast grew beautifully to around 36 C from a flat 34A I was amazed. Due to poor nutrition on my part I lost all that new breast fat and milk and stored and my breast totally deflated, saggy and with a few stretch marks.
Now my thoughts of breasts re emerged, having experienced having breasts and how they enhanced my physic and increased my sexual appetite, the same thoughts have have come back again and I want to have permanent breasts. :) through surgery. Please note: Ladies, all my life i have been flat chested and my metabolism is very fast so i dont keep fat on me for very long, so i came to terms that im going to be like this for my entire life and that was ok, but the option to change that at this point was very tempting and i have decided to alter myself to enhance my life experience with my family and life partner. This is not a decision you should take lightly, do your research into your body and don't rush into anything because there is plenty of time to make this sort of decision.
Back to the story, I came across a company in London with great staff, booked my consultation and it went great.
The consultant informed me about the products used, their prices and my expectations. I was of course nervous but it's natural as this is a very personal journey to us all, my consultant booked an appointment for me to meet my surgeon and after I few minutes talking I decided that I was going to choose them for my surgery. ( I know I told you all to research, and don't make fast decision this is all true, but I also trust my gut instincts) It was the way he introduced himself and the way he addressed me made me confident at his abilities (No I had not seen any pictures of his work ether! Crazy right!!)
After meeting with him he had a clear idea of what I wanted and made a few suggestions in my patient book. I had told my consultant that I was happy with my DR. and that I wanted TO PROCEED!!!
Girls!!!! so I went home and took his name and researched a little bit more about him and his credentials were unbelievable and extremely impressive, I had to reassure myself from that gut instinct you see!! Research your stuff!!
