21 Years Old, Getting B-Lite Implants (255cc) - London, GB

WORTH IT$8,795
I wanted to get implants after losing a lot of weight as a teenager and my breasts never seemed to come back. I am a nervous person generally speaking so I was apprehensive to get the procedure done, but once I had found a surgeon I was comfortable with, Dr Chris Inglefield, I felt completely at ease and I was so excited!

I had my procedure only 4 days ago and I am beyond thrilled with the results, it's the best decision I have ever made and I don't think I would be as happy if I had gone somewhere else.

I got the B-Lite implants because of their lightness and longevity, so far no complaints but time will be the ultimate decider.

Dr Chris Inglefield of London Bridge Plastic Surgeon was ideal for me. I am the definition of a worrier and he made me feel completely at ease and in safe hands the whole time. He was available when I had a concern post-op and he eased my concerns and now I am healing well and quickly. As well as Dr Inglefield being great, the nurses were so wonderful. The on-call nurses Natalie and Maeve were helpful and were able to answer all my calls post-op with any worries that I had. I would recommend Dr Inglefield to anyone considering getting this procedure done, I cannot fault him in any way. He has already changed my life!

Congratulations on a great set! I'm thoroughly intrigued by the proposition of B Lites. It's still really hard to find any online information and before and after photos. But your set looks really well done. Is it safe to assume that they won't need to settle very much since they're so light? Also, did you go submuscular or subglandular/Subfascial in terms of placement? Do tell us more! My wife is on the fence between Motiva Ergonomix vs. Mentor Ideals, but B Lites would be a solid contender I think.
Hi there, i'm so sorry for my slow response. I am now 4 weeks post op so i might have a more informed answer to give you now anyway.

first of all, thank you very much. i am so happy with them.
I asked that question too about them settling, and one of the nurses said yes, generally the B-Lites do settle quicker than normal silicone due to their softness/lightness. however i am 4 weeks post op today exactly, and they are still like rocks - BUT I am 21 and i was a very petite frame, and i had pretty much nothing there before, so i just feel like for me they will take a little longer to heal.

I got subglandular, which at first i was really apprehensive because i've heard that's what the "fake" look comes down to, but I was assured by the great nurses at Dr Inglefield's office that that was not the case (and as you can see they really don't look fake at all, well not in my opinion anyway).

I really am SO happy with these results. B-Lites are more expensive but totally worth it. If you live in London you should also definitely look into seeing Dr Inglefield as he has been great and the follow up care has been amazing.

good luck to your wife!
Fantastic that you go subglandular. We have decided on subfascial placement which is similar and my wife is very slender as well. Your results look incredible. We will have to find a surgeon in Seoul who has these. Would you mind posting up some update photos which also show the profile from 45 degree and from side? It would also be good to see a befote shot to assess the shaping. Thanks again for your help!
Hi I'm due to get b-lites next month but can't decide on profile- did you get moderate or high profile?! And how are you feeling few months after your ba? do they feel/look completely natural yet?! Thanks
Hiya! I should really update this with a photo of them now!! I'll do that when I get home.
I can't actually remember what profile i got, but i'm quite petite and I just trusted the surgeon to choose that. They look completely natural but they are still a bit firm, but they are only 5 and a half months old and I understand it does take up to 18 months for them to be completely set naturally. I am so happy with them, best decision i ever made.
Great result ! They will only get better and better with the tincture of time. Keep the tape on the scars for as long as you can as you will get an almost imperceptible resulting scar.

Enjoy
thank you very much! I've already noticed how much more natural they look, and i thought they looked natural to begin with. i'm so glad i took the plunge (no pun intended).
Your results look amazing! I'm due to get mod+ 250 in 10 days. Thanks for sharing, u don't see enough small implant reviews on here!
thank you so much. my implants were perfect size, i'm so happy with the results. good luck with everything, don't forget to rest up!
They look great, and I'm sure they look even better now that you're a month or so post op! I would be very interested to hear how your recovery has been and how they now look and feel. Did you go for round or teardrop and what profile did you choose? I have my surgery booked with Dr Inglefield for November and am also getting B-Lites. I had the choice of 255cc or 290cc...I'm going with 290, moderate profile tear drops.
Hi, I'm interested to hear how your surgery has gone?? I too am keen on b-lites, 250-290cc and teardrop. Any info you can share or pics would be great. Also, where is Dr Inglefield based? Thanks
Hi! I went with 320cc in the end. Volume wise it's barely any different to 290cc. If you go onto my profile you will see my review with plenty of photos :) Dr Inglefield is based in London, UK
Have you got any update pics at all I've been thinking about 255 / 290 cc blites booked in sept and very confused xx

I'm 5'11 (180cm), 57kg (126lbs), 21 years old, no children, 32A/B (depending on amount of padding!).

I have wanted to get implants for years, and originally told myself I would wait till i was at least 25 before getting them to make sure i was 100% i wanted them, but I'm 21 now and I don't want to wait another 4 years!
I have done extensive research on what kind of implants i want to get, and most importantly, which surgeon I want to go to.
I found online the B-Lite implants in a segment in Vogue that was talking about various surgeons in the UK. It spoke about Dr Chris Inglefield and his work with them, and i was basically sold there and then - i knew i wanted to go here and get these implants!

I had my consultation 6 days ago and he is a really lovely man and made me feel completely at ease. Very professional. He advised me on sizes and we have decided on 255cc which I am getting done on the 16th August.

My once EXTREMELY apprehensive boyfriend is now supportive and is taking 2 days off work after my op to look after me :)

so excited! (before photos to follow)

Glad your consult went well and that you bf will help you the first few days post op! Feel free to join the August 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum for some pre and post op support. Looking forward to photos!

Congratulations on the surgery today! I am currently looking into type of implants and would love to know your experience with the b-lite implants.
Hi russianred - can't believe how natural they look, you must be thrilled! How long did they take before they settled / felt softer? I don't want to have to deal with the whole square rock hard boobies haha - means to an end and all that though. X
