Congenital Symmastia and Breast Implants - London, GB
ORIGINAL POST
I am from the UK I am 29, 5'5 and 144lbs... All...
$4,500
I am from the UK I am 29, 5'5 and 144lbs... All my life I have wanted to be able to wear a backless dress or a bikini, right now I cant as I would just look like a boy! I currently wear a 34A or B bra and sometimes I buy a bigger cup and fill the space with chicken fillets.
I decided last year that - that was it! I was going to get one and I booked an appointment with a surgeon in Glasgow.. after inspecting my breast he informed me I have congenital symmastia and he wasn't confident in doing the op. I was gutted!
I tried to research it online and all I could find was information on symmastia caused by surgery or women that had congenital symmastia but their boobs were pretty big and didn't need enlargement... After all my online searches I have been unable to find anyone that has really small breasts and congenital symmastia who wants to have a boob job.. I thought I wouldn't be able to get one.
I have met with a few surgeons who have offered a few different ideas as to giving me the implants and trying to correct the symmastia...
I have came to the conclusion that even if they do give lipo or sutures there is not much difference made to the area (in most surgeons experience). The cost of having lipo and implants together was just a little too great for me.
I have decided just to go for it and get the implants as bigger boobs is what im desperate for. If in a year or two I am still really unhappy with the symmastia I will then seek further advice.
I will be getting under the muscle implants in the hope this helps create more of a cleavage in the area that looks very flat at the moment.
I could spend forever thinking of reasons why not to do it and if there is a risk of worsening my current symmastia (my surgeon said its not impossible but highly unlikely) but it all comes down to wanting a bigger bust and im ready to take the risk to achieve it!
Not going to lie, I am extremely nervous about the outcome but also pretty excited... Will upload pics of current breasts.. Pre-op is 22nd Aug.. cant come quick enough!!!

Please look into Dr. Tom POUSTI's website before you proceed with your surgery! I was one of his patients and I am happy with his work! My congenital symmastia was worst than yours and Dr. POUSTI really did an awesome job to give me the cleavage. Check into it and mention my name: Tavon Dimauro and ask to view my pics. You can easily talk to the doctor himself.

Can you please tell me what size, shape, textured/smooth, etc you had done? Did the surgeon do anything different to the usual to avoid worsening symmastia? They look great!
