23 Years Old, No Kids, 58kg, Had Fat Transffered to my Buttocks - London, GB

I will start by saying I am grateful and thankful to GOD for helping me find Dr. Hassan Sultan ! So, I had my BBL done sometime in May. And believe me, it was the best decision ever !!!!!!!!! Before I stumbled on Mr. Hassan on realself, I had already had a consultation with another surgeon on Harley Street but I really dint have much faith in him(don't know why) This surgeon was nice and polite also but by the time I checked his review on realself, oh my! They were horrible reviews, which turned me off instantly. Until I stumbled on Mr. Hassan's profile and I couldn't believe his reviews on Realself. They where perfect. I immediately sent an email and booked a consultation. I had my consultation in February with Mr. Hassan. He was very professional and polite just like I had seen other reviews about him online. I told him I wanted a little volume behind with a nice figure and he should try all he can to make my tummy flat and I wanted an S curve(not that I had a lot of fat anyway). He didn't get me all excited and in his words he said to me "I will do all I can" but I trusted him although I didn't have enough fat and so I was just expecting a flat tummy and dint put my hopes in a big butt. Anyway, I took about 3 months off and decided to pause because of my school. In April, I called Carolyn his assistant to book me in. I paid about 12,722 pounds (I had almost all my body sculpted lol) On the day of the Surgery I was very NERVOUS !!! I had my boyfriend with me to calm me down. The surgery was done in Birmingham, I forgot the hospital name but their staff where fantastic. Shortly after I settled in my hospital room, I had a few nurses come in one after the other to check my details and also provide me with socks and the surgery gown. After I had worn my surgery gown, Mr. Hassan came to mark the harvest areas on my body. The harvest areas where my tummy, upper and lower abdomen, banana roll, back, inner thighs and (Basically I had my body sculpted lol). He also explained how I should sit after my surgery. One hour after Mr. Hassan left, I was taken to a room where I was given anaesthetic and I was knocked off within 5 seconds(literally). I woke up in my room with my boyfriend seated. I felt normal but was a bit dizzy and dehydrated. I drank some water and slept back. By the time I woke up the second time, I was feeling way better (no pains) but of course I had the nurses bring me painkillers and all but I was feeling so good. Mr. Hassan came to check on me and told me he got about 400-450cc of fat and he told me about 20 percent might get reabsorbed which is normal after bbl. By night time I was able to stand up without any help. I had to go check myself in the mirror and I saw a huge difference, I couldn't believe it was me. My butt was so huge! Mostly from the swelling. However, I slept overnight at the hospital because I wanted to. (I felt so much at home, I dint feel like leaving). I would say I experienced discomfort from day 2 - day 5. During these days I had constipation also which was one of the side effects of the drug I was given. By day 10 I had stopped taking pain killers. Honestly, the whole recovery period was not bad. I will attach my before and after pictures below, and the after picture was actually taken 13 days after the surgery. Fast forward to this week ! I saw Mr. Hassan two days ago and he was very impressed. And would you believe me if I told you I HAVE NOT SAT DOWN IN TWO MONTHS !!?? LOL ! ...It's my choice not to sit but I think it really helped my bbl result. When you have a BBL done, you are normally advised to start seating from week 2 or 3.
So, if you are thinking of having a BBL or ANY surgery done by MR SULTAN HASSAN OF ELITES SURGICAL, trust me, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT AT ALL.
