Sent previous message prematurely!
I last saw Lucian in September and during the consultation we discussed my concerns about my profile still looking a little over projected and he agreed with me on this. He suggested that I see him in 8 months time when the nose has had time to fully settle. He also presented me with 3 options to consider. Option one is to build up the central part of my bridge fractionally so that it is straighter and less curved so that less emphasis is placed on the tip. Option 2 would be to also reduce the tip slightly and option 3 would be to build up the bridge with filers which would be a non surgical option but temporary.
I realise that having had multiple surgeries on my nose (to put it lightly!) some people would think I’m crazy to consider further intervention, but if anything were to be done it will be very minimal and I explained to Lucian that I would not want to go ahead with further surgery if there are silly risks involved. We’ll see what happens when I see him in March.

11 Months Post Op

I just wanted to give a quick update on how things are going. Apology if I’ve not yet responded to personal messages on here. I haven’t logged on in months.
How am I feeling? Still pleased about going through with surgery and feel that (given what Lucian has to work with) Lucian has made a significant improvement to the overall look of my nose.
Functionally, my breathing is better than it was pre-surgery and the right nostril (which had the collapsed valve) no longer sticks shut like it did before and is easier to breath through. I wouldn’t say that my breathing is 100% because it isn’t, but it has improved enough to the point where I’m no longer conscious of it and don’t feel as though I’m constantly breathing through my mouth.
