My surgeon was Dr Naveen Cavale, who is an absolute asset to the Harley Medical Group. He told me the size range he would be willing to do and what would create the most natural look, and also listened to what I wanted them to look like. I was unsure between two sizes and had a further consultation with him a week before my surgery (such cold feet!!) where we decided to order both implant sizes in so that I could decide right up until the last minute. In the end I followed his initial advice to choose 325cc moderate+ profile, and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.
I'm now 6 weeks post-op (due to have my follow-up with Dr Cavale in just over a week), and am absolutely over the moon with my new boobs! They look so natural, and the incision scars are an absolute work of art they're so neat and tidy! Everyone who knows has commented that I couldn't have chosen a better size for my frame, and said how natural and perfect they look.
I'm a 32D now and am absolutely thrilled, it's 100% the best decision I've ever made :) will put before/after photos up soon!

I felt instantly comfortable with Dr Cavale from the initial consultation with him. He listened to everything I was hoping for from the surgery and why I was choosing to have it done. He was so reassuring and talked through every last detail with me. I had another consultation with him a week before surgery as I felt I wanted to change the size I was going for (I didn't in the end!) and again he was absolutely brilliant. On the day of surgery he came into my room to draw all over me and even his presence calmed me down (first surgery and I was NOT a calm person!!). Surgery went smoothly and I couldn't have hoped for better results. As I was his last surgery of the day, he even came up to my room after and chatted with my parents for a while (I was well out of it at this point hahaha). In general he is just fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough!
