I had a rhinoplasty 6 years ago which turned out really bad the surgeon fobbed me off for a long time and obviously didn't want to put it right ! After numerous consultations with other surgeons it appeared my only option was reconstructive surgery the whole thought of going through this filled me with dread and fear ! The whole thing was ruining my life has a lot of you on here understand !it affects your everyday life your confidence how you look at everyday things and how you view yourself!i read about non surgical rhinoplasty my gp recommended me to try a doctor on Harley street which I did the result was bit better but looking back now he obviously put too much filler in which made my nose look really big with no real shape or profile!
This just depressed me even more it looked like my only option was another operation !by chance I read about mr dominic bray his reviews are really
Good as you can see! As soon as I met him i could tell he really cared and wanted to help ! He felt bad that I had been let down by other doctors he thought best thing would be to try another non surgical rhinoplasty then if I wasn't happy then a revision rhinoplasty !he did the non surgical rhinoplasty and the results are amazing I had a large hump on my bridge which has now gone my nose has never been so straight an unbelievabily it looks smaller !i walked out of the clinic feeling completely different it has been a brilliant result !
After being let down and messed around by other doctors and obviously out of pocket he really has given me my confidence back!
His pa lucy is brilliant really puts you at ease and her whole attitude is very relaxed and friendly and she answers all your questions and gets back to you straight away !

May I know who the doctors did your operation for 6 years ago?
Hello ambi, Iam hopefully getting near to the end of a legal case against the surgeon who did the operation I've asked my solicitor she's advised me not to mention his name ! Iam sorry not to answer but at the moment it's took me about 18 months to get this far! I've found that has we are always advised to pick a surgeon who is a member of bapras etc!it sounds a good idea so you don't end up with some cowboy surgeon!but a lot of these members of associations hide behind and close ranks when things go wrong ! My solicitor arranged about 5 " impartial " consultations to help with my case All 5 surgeons cancelled due to a conflict of interests because they were " friends" or just scared of speaking out against the surgeon who did my operation !because he's very very high up in an association ! I don't think he's doing any operations at the moment though think he's too busy with his position of high office in an association ! Iam sorry I couldn't answer your question though x
Hello ambi, Forgot to say if you are considering a rhinoplasty I think I've had in the region of around 20 consultation with different surgeons which is a bit extreme I know !but if you wanted any advice who to see I would love to help !iam not on dominic brays pay roll but definitely best I've met !even if just for advice ! He doesn't really do rhinoplasty anymore but does non surgical ! But iam sure if you spoke to lucy his pa she would help you !theres some more good ones out there aswell!
Hey there, oh I understand your situation for not mention surgeon's names for legal etc. I had two rinhoplasties for 8 years ago and my nose is not very good and wasn't straight. I was extremely disappointed at NHS hospital with some surgeons. But I was refered by GP and I've received a letter from hositpal and I went ahead with surgery :/ I regretted it lol. Anyways, I leave the past 8 years ago, it was history. I could sue that surgeon who did my previous operation but there is no way out as it's NHS :S I have no evidence either. Doesn't matter right now. Yes I'm considering the rinhoplasty and I'm still researching though.
Oh wow 20 consultation! I've been visit to see an experienced surgeon in London. It went well. I'll keep him later. I want to look out more surgeons around London, you know, they are different techniques and experience on based rhinoplasty etc.
Apart from dominic bray who I think was best The other 2 good ones I think we're mr uppal really genuine person and julian de silva really professional

Hey, after a failed rhino and revision (almost a year ago) I'm pretty devastated and looking to have non surgical rhino, have looked into sarah shah as there's a couple good reviews on here. Would be great to see pics of how your nose was ammended! And in happy for you that you're happy now! I might book a consultation with him x
May I please ask what was involved in the non surgical rhinoplasty? Were fillers used?
Hello katwin, Dominic put restylane filler because if I didn't like its easy to dissolve if I have again he would use radiesse and he put Botox in depressor septi muscle which improved the tip !hope helps explain
Are you still happy with the results? Would love to see before and after pics. What filler did he use? Do you require regular top ups. This is something I'm considering myself and not all surgeons specialise in this procedure so it's good to hear of good results. Is it really painful? X
Hello annie, It isn't painful honestly!ive had a couple of very small top ups since and laser to get rid of the thread veins from operation that were really bad !the laser has made a big difference aswell! I tried to post some pics on here but wouldn't work! Lucy Dominic's pa is brilliant if you email her iam sure she would email you back pics !ive had a load of consultations and been messed around no end by other "specialists" but I would only goto dominic now ! Wouldn't bother with anyone else !
