I'm having a number of tattoos removed but this revew is specifically for my foot. I've had five sessions so far with Wayne at Reset Room.
The pros:
* It's working really well. I've had five sessions previously although the red has only been treated twice so far as he didn't have the reds laser for a while after I started.
* Wayne is really good and it being his own business he cares about the results more than other places where I was going to have tattoo removal on my back.
The cons:
* It hurts. I use a lot of numbing cream two hours before and take pain killers one hour before and it's still horrible experience.
* It's a long and slow process. The longer you leave between sessions the better. I've been going on my foot for probably 18 months now.
On the whole I'm realy happy with the results. With a couple more treatments on the red I'll actually be happy to stop and leave it with a ghost of what the original tattoo was.
I just had my sixth treatment yesterday so will post an update in a month or two.

Wayne at Reset Room must be the leader in Picosure in the UK. I've had a tattoo treated at another clinic and he's definitely the most knowledgable and cares more about results.

It's picosure. Different laser for reds but still picosure

This is fantastic. Only 5 sessions? Wow! Gives me a bit more hope with removing mine.

Hi Nicky. Yes 5 sessions but it's been about 18 months (possibly even longer) as I was advised that the longer I leave between sessions the better. I'm happy with the results but it has been a rollercoaster and felt like a very long journey

I've emailed Wayne before and he was really helpful. I've had 16 treatments with picosure (unfortunately by people who didn't seem to know much about it) and consequently I'm left with quite a lot of red and pink. Considering excision now.

Was it definitely the right laser for reds? Until Wayne got the specific laser for reds the treatment didn't make a difference

Ps thanks for the review. I'll be interested to see how the red responds. Which laser will be used on it?

It's picosure on the red too as far as I understand. I'll check next time I'm back

I've since been told that the average picosure won't remove red, but the 532 picosure head can remove red. I have a dark pink that needs to be removed but I'm feeling quite hopeless about it

I can check with Wayne if that's the one he uses. He didn't have a laser for reds when I started, so the red on mine has only been treated twice since he got that

Well good luck. I think the pico 532 head is relatively new. I just can't find a lot of reviews on it. I've considered excision for my lower leg. Eek! I've been on 3 years with mine so I'm losing patience now.
