Dr. Grigoryants or Ion? Recommendations!

$7,999

Both cosmetic plastic surgeons - both amazing results. Although seems like Dr. G has one type of nose he uses on patients, a slightly uptight nose. Which sometimes can be very feminine, but also a bit unnatural.

I’ve been member for years and I’ve been following:  Dr. Grigoryants and dr. Ion Dr. Anil Shah, Dr. Eric Joseph, Dr. Steven Denenberg.  Any recommendations? Xxxxx

Hi my nose was very similar to yr second pic nd Lucian Ion made it very similar to yr first. My nose had been very botched and he did as much as he could and it is LOADS better. What people need to remember is he is not God.He can only work with the nose in front of him. Some he can't lengthen but he doesn't do botches in my opinion.Mine was severely botched 20 year ago so I know what I'm talking about.I know nothing about this Greg Bran as I had my revision 2 year ago so I would want to know it is Lucian doing the op.I didn't want my nose upturned either and it isn't but I did go on and on about this when I saw him.Have a consultation and make it clear exactly what you want and most importantly if he can do it.Hope this helps x
I have a consult with Dr. Nolst Trenite in Amsterdam soon. Check out his website and reviews from the clinics he works from. He teaches rhinoplasty, invented his own delicate rhino surgical tools, and has many years of experience. Probably more accessible than docs in US that churn cookie-cutter noses, too. We have similar nose traits, I think– good luck to you!

Dr. Denenberg or Dr. Eric Joseph, Any Recommendations for Other Doctors? EU OR USA?

I'm strongly considering travelling overseas to have a rhinoplasty surgeon refine my nose. I have a bulbous nose tip that I want to reduce. Any doctor recommendations in either Europe or USA?

I've read a lot of reviews about Dr. Denenberg from Omaha and Dr. Eric Joseph from New Jersey.
Any european doctor reviews?

Hi have you considered Lucian Ion? I am 7 wk post op and my nose had bossae from a botched surgery 20 year ago. He has lowered my nose so i have less nostril show and it is sooo much better. i really think he is the best surgeon to have a consultation with x
Thank you! I definitely see the improvement, wow its beautiful.

Where did you get information about him? Is he well-known?
Professor Palma in Milan. He focuses solely on Rhinoplasty and is a great revisionist.
Hi Helentque, do you have any experience from him? Or is ha a worl-known surgeon? Kindest regards, Anne
Hi Anne. Yes, I had my 4th surgery with him. I'd previously had a septoplasty which caused a saddle nose deformity plus 2 rhinoplasties with grafts here in the UK. He's considered a foremost rhinoplasty surgeon globally. I think he is currently president of the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery. Perhaps have a search online for some of the international teaching commitments/live workshops he has participated in recently. This was something I did when researching surgeons and it helped me narrow the field.
Hi H, who did you go to in UK?
How do you like your current nose after him?
I'm really in doubt of whom to choose, considering a US surgeon actually, I've hear d a lot of good things about Dr. Denenberg, Grigoryiants and Dr. Eric Joseph. All Rhinoplasty surgeons (which is what I'm looking for). I've never heard of Prof. Palma, I didn't know he was well-known. I find it difficult to find information about top rhinoplasty surgeons online, I mainly use Realself.

Thanks, again
Both of my previous surgeons were ENT with qualifications in facial plastics. Those surgeries were quite some time ago (15+ yrs) and I've never seen either surgeon referenced on any of the rhinoplasty forums I've looked at. I'm very pleased with my result (I am now at 6 months post op) and relieved that I made a choice which worked out so well. A fourth surgery is so very risky that I had to be meticulous in choosing. I researched surgeons for around 2 years on and off. There was nobody in the UK who inspired me enough to go ahead over here.
He is in Harley street London x

Need help and experience reviews. For a long...

Need help and experience reviews. For a long time I wanted to reduce the tip of my nose. It's been a problem for me since I was teenager and it keeps me from smiling. My father is a retired plastic surgeon and he was a good nose surgeon. He is not happy with my decision due to the risks, but If I want to do it, he would recommend a closed approach to the nose tip. This means to open the nose from the inside and pull the skin and reduce a few mm of the cartilage. I'm still considering and we're are looking for few doctors in all of Europe. We already got a recommendation for a doctor based in the UK. On their website they describe the procedure very well. I still know a few who've had a bad nose job. I'm afraid my nose will look more uptight than it already does. What are your experience? xx

Probably not what you want to hear but I really like your nose as it is!
Dont do it! You have a supercute good looking nose! I would want your nose :) re-consider it atleast
My first time commenting on a review, you do what's right for you but in my opinion you shouldn't do it cause you might not like it after since your nose is already "after goals" for many women x
To tell you the truth, and trust me, I am a nose expert since I just fixed mine after more than 25 years of being taunted about it almost daily... Yours is what I hope mine will look like when all my swelling is gone. It's gorgeous. I have to jump on board with the other commenters and say, my opinion is not to risk it..
I think your nose looks perfect for your face as is. I had my nose done and wish it had turned out like yours! I think your now nose looks much better than how you hope it will turn out nose. The risks and money is just not worth it seeing there is nothing wrong with your nose now.
