Implants used: Mentor 350cc round high profile...

Implants used: Mentor 350cc round high profile cohesive, 50/50 under and over muscle

Since I was very young I knew my breasts were not like others, they were of a tubular shape with a large areola, far apart from each other...and this issue affected my whole life. I thought I may have caused it by doing one of my crazy diets and because of this I felt guilty as I should have looked after my body. I was too shy to get undressed in front of men and therefore used to avoid intimate relationships. I was a 34B before I had my son in 2014, my breasts became even more saggy and empty after pregnancy. After breastfeeding my son, I felt very down about my appearance and I though it was time to see someone about it. I never had an operation and the thought of it was terrifying...I wanted to find the best surgeon who I could trust completely. After searching for months on the net and having seen only positive reviews about Dr Rezai, I decided to book a consultation at his office in Harley Street,London. He was so welcoming, he gave me the opportunity to ask all the questions I had (I remember going in there with 2x A4 pages full of questions) he explained that I had tubular breast also known as ptosis and that it usually develops when in the womb. I felt relieved on one side as I now knew it was not something I brought on myself. I tried some implants and Dr Rezai took measurements to establish which sizes would have looked best. I have a great respect for his work, he told me that he was not going to use an implant larger than 350cc on me and that his job was to make natural looking breasts. He also explained that the crease under the breasts had to be lowered, skin stretched to make space for the implants and he was going to try and make the breasts closer to each other for a better cleavage. I decided quickly that Dr Rezai was perfect for the job and booked for tests and then the operation! The operation went smoothly, I had no problem at all apart from being sick from the anaesthetic, not much pain either, I remember thinking 'I wish I did it ages ago'. Dr Rezai and the anaesthetist came to see me after the op, Dr Rezai explained that the implant was placed 50/50 under and over the muscle. Jane (Dr Rezai's secretary who is absolutely lovely) was then ringing me every day to check I was ok and in no pain. I'm over the moon with my new breasts, I now wear 34D bras! People in my office don't know I had the procedure but they noticed how much more confident I am. I owe this to Dr Rezai as it was not an easy procedure and I wouldn't have gone ahead if it wasn't for the fact that he has a lot of experience and I trust him 100%. I've recently been for a check up and the aftercare is also fantastic, I now refer to Dr Rezai as my guardian angel :-)
