Quick update

Hello
I was asked after my last update with photos whether I had lost any weight since surgery? I think you wanted to know if some of my results were down to diet? Well I can now confirm absolutely not! When I weighed myself 4 weeks after surgery and had lost 6lbs. I weighed myself again two weeks ago and discovered (to my horror) that I gained the 6lbs back!!! So those update photos are actually of me heavier than I was after surgery. However I have been a little less strict with my diet recently so I’ve cleaned it back up and have taken 4lbs off the weight gain. Just 2lbs to go and I will be back to post-surgery weight. I’ll post a pic when I’m back to that weight if anyone wants to see it?

6 Months post-vaser update

I thought I would check in so you can have a longer-term update. There’s nothing worse than having a review that then stops shortly after surgery. Sometimes you want to know whether things changed much, or any side effects etc?
So here I am, six months after surgery. I had my check up and apparently I have no fat on my midsection and the definition is great. It’s hard to photograph well but I look better than the photos suggest. This is right after Christmas too! I didn’t binge too much, as I think having this kind of surgery and going through what you go through is enough of an investment financially, mentally and physically that you wouldn’t want to jeopardise results? But I do believe in living your life and enjoying treats.
Irregularities are still smoothing out. Swelling has gone, and finally the Lower back swelling looks as if it has gone too?
Any questions please ask as I am happy to advise.

Knee scar

This is for @ydr who wanted to see the small scar on my knee. I had no idea how hard it is to photograph a knee without it looking ten times bigger and misshapen until today!!! My legs don’t really look so bad... Anyway it’s the scar that’s the focus here. The scars are really really small, around 4mm in length. I believe the scars on the knee are the ones that fade the least? Personally the only people who would notice them are yourself OR someone who perhaps either has had a similar procedure or knows the signs and would recognise you had two identical scars?? I’ve used bio oil and kept them out of the sun so I do expect them to fade over the next few months.
Hope this helps?
