WORTH IT
Hello
I was asked after my last update with photos whether I had lost any weight since surgery? I think you wanted to know if some of my results were down to diet? Well I can now confirm absolutely not! When I weighed myself 4 weeks after surgery and had lost 6lbs. I weighed myself again two weeks ago and discovered (to my horror) that I gained the 6lbs back!!! So those update photos are actually of me heavier than I was after surgery. However I have been a little less strict with my diet recently so I’ve cleaned it back up and have taken 4lbs off the weight gain. Just 2lbs to go and I will be back to post-surgery weight. I’ll post a pic when I’m back to that weight if anyone wants to see it?

6 Months post-vaser update

I thought I would check in so you can have a longer-term update. There’s nothing worse than having a review that then stops shortly after surgery. Sometimes you want to know whether things changed much, or any side effects etc?
So here I am, six months after surgery. I had my check up and apparently I have no fat on my midsection and the definition is great. It’s hard to photograph well but I look better than the photos suggest. This is right after Christmas too! I didn’t binge too much, as I think having this kind of surgery and going through what you go through is enough of an investment financially, mentally and physically that you wouldn’t want to jeopardise results? But I do believe in living your life and enjoying treats.
Irregularities are still smoothing out. Swelling has gone, and finally the Lower back swelling looks as if it has gone too?
Any questions please ask as I am happy to advise.

Thank you. Yes I am so thrilled with the results. So much more amazing than I expected

You look great. Did you lose more weight after this procedure?

I mean are these results all the surgery or did you also lose weight?

Hi, that’s a good question. No I don’t think I have lost more weight? I had good definition straight after surgery so I could see how much fat had been taken. But maybe now when I exercise it comes off more easily if I do train extra hard? I haven’t weighed myself since after surgery where I lost 6lbs so maybe I should weight myself and see?

Thank you for the update. Stunning results. I hope I get the same out of my surgery. It looks like we are the same body type so I am praying for decent definition as well. I totally agree with your comments re pre-procedure: the look and judgements people might have. Congrats

Thank you. Good luck for your upcoming procedure. My best tip would be to do everything you possibly can during the important after care weeks to ensure you get the best out of your surgeon’s work. Do as many massages as you can afford, wear your garment for every single hour and day they tell you to and you’ll be fine. Are you going to write a diary on here?

Today I am 14 days out of surgery. I can relate to what you wrote almost to the word so I do not need to do a bad job at writing a continuous update. I have had numerous massages so far and bought an ultrasonic massager as well. I will post some photos a bit later when my stomach is not so stripy from the compression garment.

Hi your results have to be among the top 1 % I have seen. You are the perfect candidate to start with and your surgeon is obviously highly skilled. Congratulations on a fantastic result. Now get out there and show it off =)

Thank you. I believe my surgeon is the best in the world right now and he is extremely talented and experienced.

Knee scar
AshleyM16December 21, 2017
This is for @ydr who wanted to see the small scar on my knee. I had no idea how hard it is to photograph a knee without it looking ten times bigger and misshapen until today!!! My legs don’t really look so bad... Anyway it’s the scar that’s the focus here. The scars are really really small, around 4mm in length. I believe the scars on the knee are the ones that fade the least? Personally the only people who would notice them are yourself OR someone who perhaps either has had a similar procedure or knows the signs and would recognise you had two identical scars?? I’ve used bio oil and kept them out of the sun so I do expect them to fade over the next few months.
Hope this helps?

Thanks so much it really helps. I can handle that then. As you say it's the symmetry of the scar that give it away I suppose as I've had bigger mossie bites ! Had my consultation with Dr H he's brill so planning for autumn next year which seems far too long but I've waited this long so ... legs and abdo. Like you I have an athletic build so at one point quite funny when he was drawing on me he said "you know people come and ask me for what you naturally have" I've had enough of wearing away my knee joints exercising to handle my thighs though

So pleased you’re going ahead with him. You won’t regret it. He does amazing work on people who are already in good shape. Many doctors don’t know how to further enhance an ‘in-shape’ physique. Dr H does. He will reveal all the hard work you put in already :-)
