Revision Rhinoplasty - Lucion Ion / Charles East / Other?

I’ve recently had a second consult with Charles east regarding a
potential fourth (ugh) revision to rhino carried out 15 years ago (with
another surgeon). Contrary to other posters, I found him to be v
engaged, sympathetic and clear. I went to see Lucion after reading lots
of positive reviews - but I’m afraid I found him to be quite difficult
to read and communicate with and unwilling to deviate from the morphs he
produced (which I didn’t like).
The point of writing this post is to encourage people to go for
consultations and make up their own mind about a surgeon - it’s an
intense ride and so crucial to be able to communicate well with your
surgeon. I know plenty of people on here have had good and bad
experiences with both surgeons - of course that would be the case given
such a subjective process. But be wary of getting swayed by positive or
negative reviews - it’s all good information but can not replace a first
hand experience in a consultation.

I had a rhinoplasty over ten years ago and had 3 revisions with the same surgeon, the most recent was in 2014. There are still real problems with my nose and I'm not happy. I really don't want to go down the surgery route again, but the problems are worsening and I see no alternative. So, i'm biting the bullet and going for a further revision. So far, I've seen Lucion Ion and Charles East for a consultation. I have read amazing things about Mr Ion and was very excited - the morph he did during my consultation was, however, really not great. I'm going in for another consultation but that got me a little nervous. Charles is rated in Tatler but I can't see too many review of him online. I'd be so grateful if anyone had any experiences that they could share to help me? I'm after a very subtle and natural change - so I think ultimate revision experience and skill is needed.
