I find the Derminator's action very fast and...

I find the Derminator's action very fast and powerful and less painful than rollers/stamps. I'm writing this because I have seen quite a few bad reviews of some other forms of microneedling, which might have something to do with microtearing and/or us of peels and other products on sensitive skin too soon to microneedling.
I won't go into all the details of the nearly 5 years of DIY microneedling I've been doing, because it's best if people study up and decide for themselves what is right for them.
I follow the Derminator instructions plus also keenly read everything by world expert Dr Des Fernandes and everything on CIT/microneedling to be found in Google scholar.
My results, age 52:
Single needle: fine lines at began age 47 mainly gone [perioral, forehead, bunny lines]. Annoying parenthesis lines I've had all my adult life back to size they were in my twenties. 9 needle attachment and Owndoc dermaroller: Large areas treated are cheeks, shins, hands, wrists: all skin remains thick and elastic. Some improvements in nasolabial lines, though fighting gravity also depends on my facial exercises. Some unsuccessful areas: elbows remain elephantine and wrists have lines: probably due to daily endless use. I also find single needling the wrist lines inconvenient, because unlike the face the pink lines can't be concealed. I aim to treat them more often during the work holidays.
Other relevant details: No painkillers. At first needling was extremely painful, but now my skin has thickened and the use of the Derminator is less painful than rolling/stamping, because of the fast action.
I apply nothing to my skin after needling. The only products I use the rest of the time: sunblock daily, mild soap. Retinyl Palmitate, a mild form of vitamin A. Dr Des Fernandes recommends, as my skin couldn't handle tretinoin. In evenings I thoroughly massage face, throat, decolletage, hands, wrists. Vitamin C all over body and face twice weekly after shower, then rinse off after thirty minutes, because it was staining my sheets and clothes!
I'm 2 years into menopause, no HRT. Been doing Flexeffect and Ageless if you Dare exercises plus Carolyn's 'gulping fish' since age 42. Some warding off of the worst results of gravity, I hope.
