WORTH IT
I came to see Ms Kavouni last September (2017) to discuss a labiaplasty as one labia is a little longer than the other and tight jeans - any jeans would start to hurt. I saw her again in early 2018 and asked her if she thought I should have anything else done whilst under my first ever general anaethestic. She suggested an upper blepharoplasty.
I've now had both done four days ago by this rockstar surgeon and so far so good, really good. My upper bleph stitches will come out in 4 days time and there was no swelling at all!
Already, I can see the difference an upper bleph has even had on my lower eye bags - I can't see them anymore and I still have gauze and stitches. Everything has lifted and has more shape. I hadn't noticed the slow progress that time has had on my face until now when I have something to compare it to.
Even the lady that delivered my lunch at the Weymouth Hospital was shocked when I removed the eye pad I had on since surgery that there was no swelling, and this lady sees a lot of upper blephs.
I'm seeing her husband, Mr Ion, for an open tip rhinoplasty in June. To think two of the world's top surgeons in their field are married to each other and work out of the same building. It's amazing.
I need to thank their team at their Harley Street practice. They are so down-to-earth, personable and empathatic.
Having had consultations with about 5 cosmetic doctors / plastic surgeons over the last 15 years, I finally found the right fit and I'm glad I waited so long for my first procedure.
