Hi everyone
I am now over 5 years post op and 61 years old - my face and neck are still fabulous and couldn’t be happier. Still have regular Botox and lip filler - but nothing more.

It's was 3 years ago when I had my lower face lift and platysmaplasty with Dominic - as you can see my neck and jawline are still almost perfect and I couldn't be happier.
I am 59 years old now and the compliments keep coming thanks to the wonderful work of Dominic and his team xx

Gorgeous. You are the youngest-looking 59-year-old I've ever seen. I would think you're in your late 30s, maybe younger. If my surgery next Monday goes half as well as yours, I will be tickled pink.

Fabulous results arianne99! Thanks for posting your journey and all the updates. I will be having a face lift and platysmaplasty by Dominic this year and I have found the pics and info in your posts very helpful. So wishing my results are as good as yours!

I thought I would post a 2 year update and say that all is going really well still - it was 2 years in January since Dominic worked his magic and I can honestly say my lower face and neck are still nice and tight with no signs of jowls or droopy neck - thank goodness - I was 58 years old this week so I am really happy with how I look.
I still have Botox around my eyes and had a bit of filler in my lips and cheeks about 18 months ago - still use obagi on the maintenance program - but apart from that I am still loving my results - here's to he next two years and my 60th birthday - yikes lol xx

Hi - it was just the lower face and neck - Dominic didn't think I needed the brows doing - so we didn't touch the upper face
Saved me a lot of money too as he wont do a procedure if he thinks there isn't a need xx

You look very good. Best decision. How much did u pay for this facelift? What is the recovery time and did you feel a lot pain? (Sorry if I am asking questions that you might have addressed already, but it is hard to keep up with this type of thread). Thanks

Hi trm - the current fees are on Dominic's website - but everyone is different - my surgery was over 2 years ago so the cost would be different now.
I had no pain during or after surgery - minimal bruising and swelling - I was back at work in day 10 - no one asked at thing - other than how much weight I had lost and how well I looked ha ha

That is wonderful. I am 44 and already see the change in my face. That makes me sad and scared but I guess I have no option but start considering some options ...
I will likely need a facelift I also notice the third chain that I never had already showing...aging is not easy but not taking care of self is sad...
So, I would love a good doctor whenever time comes --and affordable, of course. I don't want to look like I came from another planet or someone kid napped my face...so I am researching doctors that can give me a natural looking result

I didn’t tell one person - I had the surgery alone in London then spent a week at a B&B near home
When I had the stitches out I could get away with just makeup and scarves for bruising on neck and jaw - I started to wear lots of different scarfs at home and work a few weeks before so no one questions me having one on at work
-my son asked what was wrong with my mouth - I said I had been to dentist. - no other questions from anyone
Everyone just said how well I looked and how much weight I had lost
