Was Mislead to Pay an Extra £800 to Avoid Lumps Forming
Dr. Khan misled me into paying an extra £800 to the £1800 that I already paid for Sculptra, having ELLANSE instead, saying it would not form any lumps on my face.
He did not give me the chance to read the consent form before signing it, as he was literally pulling it toward him self, rushing me to sign. I felt very intimidated and that I had to trust him, so I signed the form and had the treatment.
Now my forehead is disfigured from lumps and no other benefit to the treatment. It took months to get hold of a copy of the consent form, only to find out that what he got me to sign without giving the chance to read is completely different information from what he told me about the treatment.
Moreover, I discovered that he injected me with the Ellanse product of three years lasting effects, to which I never gave him my consent for.
I have been having treatments for years at this clinic mainly with dr Tea. I wish I never continued with dr Khan. He seems very nice, calm and polite but in my experience he is not a genuine doctor.
I would not recommend having treatments with Dr. Khan. For the people who have been in that clinic please review the way they got you to sign the consent forms/contract. Do they give you the time to get familiar with what you are signing???
Two of the stuff in this clinic made me feel that it is not important to read what you are signing. When I asked why I am not given to read the consent form while I’m waiting for the treatment with anaesthetic cream on my face, on two instances they replied “oooh..., it is only what you’ve discussed with the doctor...”. It feels that they have been trained in this “way” regarding the consent form.
Mrs Paula Hill, the manager was absolutely useless in helping me with this matter. She accused me of blackmail when I said I will take legal proceedings if they won’t refund my money back. She fooled me around for months, saying she would call or email me only to ignore my reminders later.
Avoid Dr Aamer Khan

As is made from Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a biodegradable polyester with a low melting point of around 60 °C and a glass transition temperature of about −60 °C. The most common use of polycaprolactone is in the production of speciality polyurethanes.
This is a chemical product not cosmetic or natural product.
Would love a class action against this company.

I just saw your message. Thank you for messaging me.
I too have been a client for years and have spend a lot at that clinic. I was completely misled and cheated with the Ellanse. Having already paid for Sculptra ( which I had before ) I was suggested to do Ellanse paying an extra £800 in order to eliminate the possibility of any lumps forming. Here are the results.., He also injected me with Ellanse with three years last effect.., when I only agreed to two years, as it is a fairly new treatment and the long term complications and health risks are not known.
The consent form, with all the risks and complications he did not let me the chance to read. He was literally nervously pulling the form from my hands at the time of signing. I can’t believe I felt so intimidated by his persona, like I had to sign and I did without reading it. Of course the form outlined several complications and outcomes, which if I knew ( and he said complications the opposite during consultation).
What is your experience with Harley Street results and safety like? We’re you given plenty of time to read what you were signing?
Are you happy with the results of Ellanse at Southgate?
