I had Ellanse two days ago, this was my first ever injected product on my face (checks and nasal ) I do trust my doctor- have seen him now almost 1 year and happy with anything that has been done so far, at the moment day two I’m still worried about my face as it’s really puffy- I could say it’s 3 times bigger than normal , I am not sure if that is good or not, haven’t received any answer from my doctor, but the face looks horrible for now, really hope I ddidn’t don’t made a mistake. Will update again in the next days

Well I have to admit that I was really scared from my puffy face a week ago, now my face is back to normal, puffiness has gone and forgotten, nasal lines are gone too, checks aren’t yet that defined however the effect should be shown much later. Overall I’m really happy

Could you give a further update? I have read that the filler substance only remains for 3 months but afterwards your skin keeps building collagen. Im curious to hear what the longer term results are. I just had it today in the chin area and the swelling is awful!

Yes, the swelling first week can give a bit on anxiety, no, I’m very happy with my results, although the give like 3-4 years producing of collagen my doctor advised me that results can last in me like 2-3 years as I smoke, I was also advised that I can make a touch up in 4-6 months later however as I was happy with my results I haven’t go trough it. I will definitely do it again in couple of years time, as I hit 40 this year I don’t know if anyone faced this but my chick skin started to sagging- after Ellanse I can see a significant difference.

Ellanse occasional causes swelling, in my experience this often leads to eventually getting an excellent result.It is essentially a byproduct of your own body kick starting the regenerative processes to produce collagen in response to the Ellanse

I had Ellanse done to my hands and wow they were puffy for two weeks. I am worried about prolonged puffy swollen face. Would Sculptra be a better choice for volumising the face and improving the skin than Ellanse?

In fact I am really happy with this product, I have been not used any other fillers, apparently this was the only one. I will definitely stay with this one due the future benefits that provides to the skin in terms of collagen.

Hi there, could you update us? :) Does Ellanse do what it has promised for your face? Does it really build collagen for the areas you have injected? Does your skin quality improve? Is it still working for you after all these months? Thanks.

Agree. So few used it. I had it my the back of my hands. Hmmm I would say my hands have definitely improved. Had it done in April 2021. At least two weeks of puffy hands. Settled. They look good now but I expected better cos it is meant to keep producing collagen up to 2 years. But I feel that the result may not last as long as it is promoted.
