I was going to post some photos 4 weeks post but unfortunately I have an infection so will wait until that has cleared up. Can I ask other Real Selfefs who have had this operation how long it was before they started excercising? I would like to get back to it but conscious that by overdoing things thus far brought on a bout of labryinthitis. Many thanks in advance.

First of all I just want to thank the ladies on...
First of all I just want to thank the ladies on this forum who have been so helpful and inspirational. After 11 long years since I first so my surgeon I finally went ahead and had a breast reduction. All is progressing well and I have put some photos of my journey to date. my surgeon recommended that I wear compression garments, which although quite pricey, have been comfortable to wear.

Congratulations on getting it done ! The compression bras worked best for me as well. Hope your healing goes well and your getting the rest you need. Rest is the most important at this stage don't over due it will keep your swelling down. Gauze inside the bra with healing ointment helped me tremendously. Happy healing.

Many thanks. I did buy some Auriderm cream to help with the bruising. Is this the type of cream you meant?x
