So injustice wanted to add an update couple years, later so people know what has happened. I did not get to see the surgeon ever again after my operation and that is a complete disappointment. The service at Harley street was disgustingly awful. Even though I was disregarded and nobody has seen me lucky I can say my breast have healed and I am ok.

I have long researched and wanted a breast augmentation since I gave birth 5years ago and breast fed my child for 1year. After extensive research and a number of informative consultations I decided to proceed with Mark solomas at the Harley Medical Group.
Mark Solomas is a Great Surgeon and I couldnt be more happy with his bedside general manner, confidence and professional advice.
The surgery was completed and all went well and to plan as the surgeon had reassured me.
But since the operation I have had some issue which I tried to address and recieve help for but when seeing the nurse at the harley medical group was told to go to my GP. I took all my post op tablets and done everything i have been adviced and also what I read online but my breast skin is covered in red painfull itchy blisters which pop and produce clear water like puss. I have tried to book an appointment to see my surgeon but i have bewn told he is to busy to see me. I even attemped to go in person and the was a fail also.
I am 7weeks post op and I have only been seen by a few different nurses each time, telling me different things. These appiontments I feel can only be discribed as potluck as they make you aware that they are very busy seeing other patients.
Overall very disappointed with the aftercare and still worried about my healinv as mu doctor told me that the surgeon should see me and advise me as to what has happened to me.

hi, I’m so sorry to hear that babes... I have heard from a couple friends the same thing... they are amazing at what they do but the aftercare is not the best. just be persistent I guess till you get what you want. at a different surgery practice my friend kept on calling with concerns and the receptionist kept telling her it should be fine. my friend had enough and went to the practice herself and coincidentally her surgeon was there and never knew about her concerns and he was disgusted with team. it come to ahead that my friend needed attention due to something quite serious and he told her if she never come in it could of ended up a whole lot worse... so I wish you all the best with your practice babes and keep pushing to be seen and heard with your concerns [RS bleep]
