Having Doubts on Chosing Final Size! 240 or 270cc High Profile Nagor Implants

I would like some advice on choosing the final size of my implants - My surgery is all booked and paid for I just cant decide on the size!
I am 5ft 6, and about 8st 2 with a very small frame.
Dress size: 6/8
Pre op bra size: 32A
I want a really natural result with a C cup, and couldnt think of anything worse than my results looking obviously fake and round.
I had my original consultation back in Feb where I decided on 220CC anatomicals. After having to change surgeons, I discussed with my new surgeon that I wanted to change to round ones as these move more freely, but still wanted to achieve a natural look so i suggested a moderate profile.
I was told that the moderate profile wouldnt give me enough projection as my BWD is small at 10cm and so recommended the 270cc High Profile Smooth Nagor implants which I was happy with.
Then I started to have doubts as surely if I was to have the biggest implants that could fit then surely they will look fake, along with the High Profile shape.
I booked a second consultation and had this changed to 240cc, but left feeling that I made the wrong decision as my surgeon and his assistant advised that I go bigger as most patients wish they had gone bigger.
So I changed this back to 270CC but now I am having doubts again after reading some more reviews on here of women with similar measurements to me.
Can anyone suggest what to do? Does anyone have any pics of the 240cc HP or 270cc HP with similar measurements to me? Its so difficult to imagine what they will look like but I know exactly what I want. I have attached pics of the look I want to achieve!

What was your ribcage measurement and BWD? I look almost identical to you before I think. Even though the 240cc sounds small, it is 4.4cm projection and 10cm width, and the 270cc is 10.2cm wide with 4.8cm projection! which is quite a jump. My bwd is 10.5cm
The mentor mod plus 300cc is 12cm wide and 3.6cm projection so im thinking the 240ccs would get me to a 32C? Thanks for your help!
