2 month update
So, I'm 2 months down the line and to be honest I don't think they've changed more from the 3 week post op photos. My chest muscles are still a little sore and I still can't do press ups or chest presses but other than that they feel ok. Because there is no volume at the top I am finding it hard to find Bras that work for me as my breast seem to end up slipped down to the bottom of the bra and the top gapes open. I am not totally certain that I won't get another breast enlargement down the line. I am single and I have to be honest, at the moment I wouldn't feel comfortable showing these to anyone which obviously poses a problem for future relationships.
I will assess the situation in 6 months I suppose. I hope that my story has helped some people xx

3 weeks post op update
Well, 3 weeks down the line and I can honestly say I am so shocked at how good they look compared to the day I had them out. I went to get measured for a bra and it turns out I'm a 32B!!! Before my op I was a AA and totally flat chested so I'm pretty happy. The right one is still a different shape and if it stays like this I think I'll look into some form of correction but I'm definitely not having more implants and I don't want a fat transfer as I'm happy with the size. I'm 5,5 and weigh 8st 4lbs so I think a B cup is a good size.
I'll now post updates maybe every month to show any more changes but I can't safely say that getting rid of my implants was the best decision and anyone who's thinking of doing it should go for it xx
2 weeks post op
Hi all,
So, I'm 2 weeks post explant and I am noticing changes. I went to the hospital on Wednesday and he said the right one that was ruptured is still swollen from the rupture and I should expect to see this take a better shape over the coming weeks. I also went to see a cosmetic surgeon to enquire about a lift but he said that my breasts are not 'saggy' and therefore a lift wouldn't be for me. He said if I was unhappy with the fullness my only option is implants.
As you can see from the photos my scars are really neat and fairly pain free. I had dissolvable stitches and glue so no further action required there. The right nipple is quite low down, and the breast is more empty on the upper half. This is the ruptured one though so I'm hoping it will heal itself in time.
I'm feeling a bit more happy about it now. I can't rule out implants and I'm young and not ready to accept such empty sad looking boobies just yet, but I'm definitely going to give it 6 months to see how they turn out before I make a decision.
I went bra shopping thinking I'd definitely be an A but the the primark oush up 32a I tried on just gaped open. They don't do AAs so I left disappointed. I'm off to M&S tomorrow for a proper fitting and some advice so I'll let you know how I get on in my next post.
Pain wise I'm ok now. My chest muscles are week. I broke doctors orders and started doing some weights at home but any chest work is near on impossible. I feel so much happier to be free of my ruptured implant though so anyone who's thinking of doing it...do it! :) xx
