I would absolutely recommend Dr Shah Desai for any eyelid treatment. From the first time I met her, she took her time in explaining all possible options for my hollow eyelid following ptosis surgery on the NHS. A number of different options were discussed and considered - both surgical and non-surgical. I decided to go for the surgical route of releasing some of the fat in my eyelid to fill the hollow, this had a good effect. I had the surgery on 21st Dec and Dr Shah Desai even contacted me on Boxing Day asking how I was. She is extremely professional and had my best interest at heart the whole way through the process. I never felt rushed or pressured into deciding on treatment on the spot. Following my surgical procedure, Dr Shah Desai was able to recommend Botox in my forehead to lower my eyebrow which had raised due to compensating for my original ptosis. This led to a more symmetrical result and I cannot thank her enough!
