43 Year Old with Very Heavy Eyelids

I've been wanting to have upper & lower lid surgery for some years. I have hereditary heavy eyelids, tea troughs & also bags under my eyes. I'm constantly told I'm looking tired!
When I look in the mirror I don't look like me anymore! I'm a confident person but this has definitely knocked my confidence. I don't like having photos taken & would love to feel more like me again!
I had under eye fillers which were great to start with but then I developed very noticeable festoons which made me look worse than before!
I researched a lot of surgeons & finally came across Sabrina Shah-Desai through a recommendation from an aesthetic nurse.
Sabrina dissolved the under eye fillers & decided it was best to start with the upper eyes & wait to see how the lower lids settled.
