Almost a month
Cant believe it's almost a month since my surgery.
They are getting softer each day and feel more natural now.
Nipples are still sensitive but not as bad so hopefully will ease soon!
I'm still measuring a 32 d and havent shrunk anymore so guess that's my size, I love them and feel so much more happy with my body.
So glad I did this.

I can't believe how big the 270cc looks, they look amazing ! Giving me some hope as I keep thinking the 300cc will be way too small since on some girls it almost doesn't look like they got implants.

They look awesome! I'm getting 350cc. I was up in the air about sizing between 350 and 375 (as I didn't want to go through all this only wishing I'd gone bigger) but I think with my frame, 350cc will b fine and if I want added oompf or cleavage, I can always wear the right bra. I just want SOMETHING there in a bathing suit and naked lol. Hope you're healing well!

Thanks, yes thats how I feel just wanted boobs nothing too big just some feminine curves! I've tried a underside bra on to see and it gives the oomph

A little sore and spasms on one side but overall not too bad and they're looking better every day! Although I'm just finishing day 4 lol How are you feeling?

Getting softer
So 2 weeks today and getting softer and feeling more comfortable..apart from my nipples which are still very sensitive.
I took some incisions photos and a couple of other shots. Really happy and love them ????

I took two Tylenol every few hours for the first two days and that was it! I've had virtually no pain, the healing has gone so well. No bruising or swelling or discomfort. I'd say the hardest thing has been trying to sleep on my back for the first week. They are soft, squishy and very natural feeling, and they bounce when I run!! I've never had boobs that bounced before! And I have cleavage, they actually touch each other when I'm wearing a bra – a whole new sensation! I'm so happy with them, I would rather get a revision then have a dental cavity filled, such an easier procedure!! A breeze!!!
They look fab, really good size too, I am getting really anxious about sizing, I am not planning on telling anyone at work and I fear it may be a bit noticeable in clothes, 240 vs 270 unders? I have absolutely no bust to start with but I never leave the house without gel. Have you told people and do you feel like your breasts are obvious in clothes? My friend had 265s approx 10yrs ago and you wouldn't ever look at her and think ba, they look very natural in clothes, she is taller than me, approx 5ft 5 and 34 back.
I have the same stats as yo, I have quite a curvy bottom, minimal weight elsewhere. I guess its normal to feel anxious. X

I was so anxious too about sizing but in the end trusted my surgeon and went with what he originally recommended for my body.
I haven't told everyone and honestly don't think it's obvious in clothes especially if your have been wearing padding before.
I'd say go 270 if you are going under the muscle as I think you lose some ccs. What brand are you having? X

Both surgeons I saw suggested 300 or 270, all I said is I wanted nautural looking breasts, I am trying 240 rice test and think that looks better but Like you said I will loose some cc going under. I am driving myself crackers lol. Thank you for your reply, my surgeon uses nagor impleo,
I'm 15 days post op. 4ft 8, 109 pounds. I went with 350 cc high profile silicone gel implants, under the muscle. I'm still somewhat sore. I'm assuming that your quick recovery is due to having them placed on er the muscle. You look great.
Did you get round or shaped implants? They're lovely and look perfect for your proportions!
