So, in deciding whether or not to go ahead with the procedure I had a scout on RS and it's fair to say I'm a TOTAL addict. I love seeing everyone's results, and I'm sure they'll also comfort me somewhat when I'm suffering from major Frankenboob!
I'm scheduled to have my BA on the 8th July in London with Miss Linda Fiumara (Transform). I've heard mixed reviews about Transform and their PS' however after my consultation with Linda my doubts have been eradicated. She genuinely seems to listen to the results you would like and is realistic about what is possible and what isn't. Anyway, I went in for my consultation and asked her what size she would suggest would suit my body frame, she suggested either 310cc or 340cc over the muscle (see sizer pic attached). She explained that the 310 is likely to give me a C whereas the 340 will give me a full C/small D both implants are 95% Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch. Before going in for my consult I thought that she would suggest the implants are placed under the muscle due to my lack of breast tissue however she has suggested over the muscle as I have enough breast tissue. I left the consult slightly confused as she said she would be happy to go both under and over the muscle, now I'm not sure what I would prefer. I'm aware that going over the muscle has a faster recovery time and that the implant is less compressed meaning a rounder result and also less chance of the muscles pushing the implants towards the armpit? Can anyone offer me any advice on this? Most people on RS appear to go under the muscle, if you've gone over when you lay down don't they just stick out?!
Additionally, I'm wondering whether 340cc will give me the result I would like. I'm thinking of trying one implant size larger - I just really don't want to wake up thinking I haven't gone large enough, I also however don't want to look ridiculous. My current stats are as follows:
Height - 5'9
Weight - 126lbs/57kg
Most people on here seem to go for 400cc +, has anyone had implants under 400 and can share their before/after results?
FINALLY - sorry for the essay. As you can probably see from the pictures I have pretty small nipples, I was wondering whether they will permanently stretch at all to be proportional to the larger size? If they don't I'm worried they'll again look ridiculous!

So, I went for another meeting with Transform to discuss sizing as I was getting cold feet about the 340s thinking they might not get me to what I want. Unfortunately the coordinator was unable to find a 375 100% fill implant to try on so I had to try on the 410 in a sports bra- Definitely too big!! I've rebooked my surgery with the 375ccs, unfortunately this means it's around 150 more however my Coordinator said that if we end up using the 340s she can refund the difference. As soon as I got home I attempted to make some rice sizers with the 375g filling and a 34d cheap sports bra I picked up. Not sure I have the knack of the sizers as don't know where to put them, my boobs just look wonky! Anyway, I've attached the photos so you guys can see my attempt.

Hi! :-) Linda is amazing! No matter what size u have you will prob say 'I wish I had gone bigger' it's called
'Boob greed' lol....
You are gonna be so happy and it really changes your life! And bank account as I have bought so many bras from La Senza after being measured I have no money haha :)

I'm using transform in Leeds/ Manchester and so far I've had a great experience with them, both my PA and my PS are really nice and I can't wait to get my surgery done! I'll be getting 260-300cc under the muscle and that's just about big enough for me as I'm still fairly young. You look great with both sizers and think you'd rock either x

Arghh how exciting for you! When is your OP? How did you decide between over or under the muscle, did you PS suggest under?

Well because I'm only 19 my parents are wanting me to wait until im 20 but I really don't want to. I've lived with my horrible undeveloped boobs for too long and seeing all the girls on here just makes me want my girls now! I'm currently trying to persuade them to let me book it end of September time. My PS suggested unders because I want a very natural look and I have tuberous boobs too so apparently small unders will give me the look I'm going for. Hope this helps :) xx

Oh no that's rubbish. I'm 22 myself and spoke to my parents often about getting a BA but they wouldnt support me as my dad loved my mum even with her small chest! I think it's hard for other people to understand as they assume you're being vain or you're doing it for other people. Maybe try to talk to your parents about it and explain how it makes you feel? I know that worked with my Mum as she said she would have considered it if they were around when she was younger. Do you know why your parents are so against it?

It's not that they're against it, it's my age. They want me to wait till next year!! But I don't want to. I've tried most things like waiting for it to go quiet and not talk about it to getting to arguing with them so they see my point but they never listen :( x

I know that it's hard as once you have the idea in your head you get impatient. It's going to seem like a long wait however you were looking at late summer and then it's winter when you're all strapped up anyway! Much better to get them done in the spring then you can enjoy showing them off! It might be that your parents think you're rushing into something without research etc so if you keep mentioning it they'll know you're definitely serious about it! Hope you manage to get through to them!

i just got 375ccs yesterday and i love them! im very tiny so i didn't want to look top heavy but i also didn't want to look small still. im still waiting for my review to be posted so i can add more pictures!

I had 385cc allegan inspira back last nov. were similar stats too I am 5ft 9 not 5ft 10 as I put on rs review.
ive heard that linda your ps is very good. good luck

Holy moley, 10 days to go has come round so fast! I still dont really know what size i'm going and i am totally, totally unprepared. I have my arnica pills all ready to start taking soon and a macom bra and a cheapy rubbish bra too just in case. I'm thinking that after surgery i'll whip up protein shakes in my blender at home for a few days, do you girls think this is unrealistic even though i'm going with overs? Any other tips would be massively appreciated! Arghhhhhhh

Well, I'm much shorter than you, but looking at our preboob we have a very similar shape and size! So I thought you might find it interesting to see my results since my surgery is a week before yours. I am looking to get 275cc and I am 34a/aa right now. I am 4ft 11inch. And I wanted the most natural look possible. Congrats on your decision and Im sure no matter what you will be happy with your results and look amazing!
