I had my BA done nearly three weeks ago now and I would definitely recommend to anyone considering having it done! I had pretty much nothing before and have gone from a 32A to hopefully a 32D/DD.
I had a lot of pain and initially and still have some bruises which I think were caused by the very tight bandage I had to wear to start with. I have also had severe neck and back pain which I think has been caused by the new weight on my chest/tight sports bra and my back being weak in general.
I had 350 and 375cc high profile mentor implants fitted and wanted a natural look. The surgeon recomended not to go any bigger as he said they would look fake and I am very happy with the results so far! I am happy to answer any questions that anyone may have!

You look fantastic! Keep us posted as they D&F :)
They look fabulous! How are you healing? Still having back pain? I'm 34AA, looking to go up to a full C/small D and I worry about back pain.
Hi, I haven't had any back pain since the first few weeks :-) and it was caused by the tight bras I was wearing pulling on my back rather than the actual weight of the implants as they are not particularly heavy, so I think your will be fine, also definitely go a bit bigger than you want to go so that you don't feel disapointed with the size!
Haha! Don't mean to laugh but that's totally something I would do! (It reminds me of a friend who kept getting migraines until she realized her headband was too tight.)
Hmmm. Not sure why the rest of my reply didn't post. But I wanted to know if you wish you had gone bigger. Or if the 350/375s were bigger than what you had planned.
I feel like I could have gone a bit bigger given the option, the surgeon did say he this would be the biggest I could go and look natural but the consultation was very rushed and I got told by the nurse after that the average patient gets 450 cc implants so mine were below average etc. I am happy with them bit I do feel like given the option you should probably go a bit bigger to avoid disappointment! Also having bought d/dd bras now I wouldn't want to be any smaller than a D,I hope this helps!
They look amazing so far! Whoohoo! Keep us posted as the d&f:)
Wow, you look GREAT! I had the same size implants (375 mentor, but moderate plus instead of high profile). You look so much fuller, and we started out the same size. This is the look I was wanting. Do you mind me asking what your BWD is and how much you weigh? Maybe that makes a difference. I'm 116 lbs and BWD of 13.5 cm.
Hi thank you! I couldn't tell you my bwd but 13.5 sounds familiar to what mine was I think! My weight is about 130 Ilbs, don't forget though that everybody reacts differently and also it very much depends on the surgeon I think. Good luck I hope you end up with the results that you waneed!
Thank you for the reply! I'm sure my outcome will be great. I'm just getting impatient for them to drop and fluff, I think. :)
You look amazing! I'm wondering what your natural tissue volume was? We have similar stats and I would love mine to look like yours!
