I had tear trough fillers in November with Dr Nick Milojevic at the Milo clinic. What an expensive disaster it has been. I was left with hard visible ridges. Now I have one very swollen looking eye (just one - like Popeye) and the other still has visible ridges. I'm absolutely distraught and the clinic isn't ever deigning to answer my calls or emails. I keep getting told the doctor will get back to me... I think the treatment was a disaster and I've had appalling aftercare. I look worse now than I did before. If you are going to get this done really research your professional. This is the second time I've had the treatment and the first time the doctor was excellent and I had no problems. So it really seems to depend on your doctor - be careful!
