Hi everyone, been a down low creeper of this site for a long time and gathered some good information for my Tummy tuck I had in March of this year. Loads of healing ideas and products I got not from my Doc but here. My same Doctor will perform ny upcoming breast reduction. He did a great job and I healed up great. My breast size now is a 40DD and I never really tied my back and neck pain to my breasts until I started researching about it. My insurance won't approve unless I have rashes and documented that I've been going to my DR for atleast 6 mo. Well I never had rashes and I guess I have a high tolerance for pain because I been dealing with it for some time. So just like my TT I was approved for Carecredit, paid it off now I have funds available for this procedure. I'm going to my pre op visit 12/5. My procedure will again be done in the hospital for an overnight stay. I like being cared for the first 24hrs. My husband was helpful with my TT and I went back to work I think too soon in 21days. So this time around Im going to at best take 4wks off to recover. My little suitcase is pack with my PJ's and compression socks that I will continue to wear a while after and I'm starting to prep some food items, soups, broth ect to eat light this week next week and after surgery. I order 2 sports bras with front closure in 2 different sizes. I plan to lose about 20 more pounds after surgery. My current wt is 203 and my ht is 5'5.5. I will download some before and after pics soon..I will post again as my surgery date approach.

Count down for me and I'm practicing my breathing with my spirometer I still have from my TT. I am also starting to take Arnica 30C to help minimize swelling and bruising. I did this also before and I think it helped alot. I am trying to eat lite for the next 7 days so I won"t over work my liver. Just something I plan to do. My 2 bras I purchased looks way to small L and XL but I won't send them back just yet. Not nervous yet either. I also been journaling my thoughts. Oh i was asked if I wanted the nerve block like before and I didn't even remember getting it but I researched the effects and benefits and learned that it will speed up recovery time so I told them yes and it was an extra $212. Okay ttyl!
