Excellent Plastic Surgeon that is also caring and true to his word.I had a neck lift with Dr. Mesa almost 2 years ago. Within 6 to 8 months, I could see that is was not the results I was looking for. I certainly would not blame it on Dr. Mesa because neck was such a mess to begin with. My neck looked like I was 80 when I am in my 50's. I did not match the rest of me at all. Dr. Mesa volunteered to do a revision free of charge ( I paid just a nominal price for materials) It took him over 4 hours and I can't express how happy I am now (4 months post) He does the procedure while you are awake! There are only a couple of Surgeons in the US that are qualified to do this. He spends a lot of time with each follow up visit and is always so warm and caring. His nurse Christina is fabulous as well. I am so happy that I was recommended to him. Prior to finding Dr. Mesa, I had consult with another surgeon. The first doctor told me he could not get rid of the rings on my neck; only some of the wrinkles. I guess Dr. Mesa is a miracle worker because my neck is ring and wrinkle free! I will not post pictures because my surgery is not something that I shared with many.
