Dark Circles and Perpetually Tired - Livingston, NJ

I highly recommend Dr. Mesa!! My story - I have had dark circles under my eyes my entire life - since I was every young. It was a genetic flaw from my mother's side of the family. No amount of special creams or concealer could help it. I looked perpetually tired and as I grew older, the dark circles started sagging. I looked older beyond my years. It was really all the comments on how tired I looked that made me go ahead with the surgery. I also had some hooding of the eyes which I had fixed. Overall I had too much skin that had to be removed. The recovery time was difficult and the bruising took 3 weeks to go away, but I love the results. No one asked if I had surgery (which is good) but I had several comments saying I must love my new job because I don't look as exhausted anymore. I also receive comments that I look thinner and my face is thinner (I'm not thinner). I recently went on vacation for 2 weeks and had no shame in posting/sharing my pictures since I looked happy and glowing and not saggy and tired. The procedure took maybe 10 years off my age. Dr. Mesa is a wonderful surgeon. He explains everything step by step and gives assurances that everything will go fine. He took a lot of time with me even after the surgery to make sure I was doing well. He has great bedside manners. He also accommodated my need for late night appointments during the week as I work full-time. Best of all, it doesn't look like I had cosmetic surgery. Well worth the pain and the money - no regrets.
