I got a BBL with local anesthesia meaning that I was awake during the whole process, although they use anesthesia I can honestly say that I was in moderate pain the whole time. I had my love handles and some back fat removed. I can honestly say that it was definitely not worth the amount of money I paid.

The doctor is very knowledge he answer all of my questions,however the day of the procedure I felt like he was rushing, he only has certain amount of time before his next appointment, I was laying on my stomach the whole time so I have no idea how much fat he removed I did not get to see. I believe that the doctor didn't try hard enough to give me the look I asked for. They need to work on their bedside manner and customer service. I wanted a more dramatic change, I did get more volume in my butt, it does look perky but I wanted a rounder butt. I do understand that local anesthesia has some limitations but If you're looking for a drastic change this is not the place for you.
