Had my tummy tuck 4 weeks ago an best thing i ever done, my surgin who hasxdone my 3 boob jobs 1 of them uplift last year he is amazing, i had muscle repair, lipo on flanks, .. I had lost 7 stone since my last baby , trainjng every day at ine point personal trainer, then 3 classets aweek, doing weight wachers an my belly still wernt going but i was dropping dress sizers i went frim 18-20 am niw 12 ( will be less after my op but still swelled) this is best thing iv ever done but pick the rite surgin, the pics i see on here id die, first 5 days are the hardest, then each day gets better, you must rest for 2 weeks just walking about every couple of hours, i had my drains moved nxt day cos they cause infection if left in ... Drank plenty off water and i dnt smoke or drink.. My scar is amazing ..iv been bk to work after 3 weeks, 2 weeks too soon ,( i own my own salon) so am standing all day, u must were spanks for 6 weeks, an icud shower nxt day cos he put waterproof dressing on for 2 weeks, it still on my bellybutton which is also perfect... Am still swelled but gioes down each day, ..u feel depressed and wingy second week that was really hard, but rest an think positive, and i cudint sleep first 4 nights but got easier just naped of a day, dnt rush trying to get out rest an let ur body heal for 3 weeks..
