Pre op.....
So I have never grown boobs. I have never filled a bra in my life. I hate underwear shopping. Can’t wear anything without padding. I do not feel complete. Or sexy.
Sick of feeling this way.. so I booked my surgery!
I workout a lot. The thought of being in recovery for weeks is killing me but I know it will be worth it!

Surgery day!!

18th dec.
I have never been in a hospital since being born. Never had any procedures! 1 blood test!!
Nervous! Took a bag.. which I didn’t need!
Don’t over think it.. even if you end up there longer than planned are you really gonna need all that stuff in your bag!?
Walking into an operating room and getting onto the bed was bizarre. I was given 3 injections.. the last being the anaesthetic it was great!
A man woke me up and I instantly started crying with the pain. Still in theatre, he had to give me 3 injections of morphine to help. I was also shivering cold so they blasted me with hot air. Partly temp, partly shock I think.
Small feeling of relief when I woke up.
I was crying/shivering for a good 5/10 mins!!
I stayed in recovery longer than expected as they were struggling to listen to my breathing. They ask you to take deep breaths which of course you can’t really do with two implants squeezed into your chest! This took me a couple of attempts.
The drive home was horrific - fresh wounds and speed humps and mums erratic driving. I was holding on! Had a brew at home and went bed.
Woke up loads in pain.

1 day post op

I don’t even remember this day.
Writing this I am currently 10 days post op but I made notes and took photos for every day to update.
So day 1...
Needed assistance to get in and out of bed and pulling up and down pants for the loo. Bed, sofa.. back to bed!! Constant pain killers. Loads of pressure. Can’t even move arms much without pain.
I had put a coffee table next to bed so I could reach down for a water (with straw) because obviously you can’t bend your arm around to bedside table. Especially when propped up on that tube pillow ha.
