32 yr old, mom of 2, 5'10 175lbs wanting breast implants and TT

I have wanted larger breast for as long as I can remember. Almost all the women in my family have really big breasts and I learned pretty quickly in my teens that I didn't dip into that genetic pool. To compile that I ended up being much taller and broader framed than all of them.

I'm 31, 5'10 and 180 pounds presently, I've had 2 children that breastfed and all that's left is sad little skin sacks on my chest and I'm over feeling self conscious about what swim top to buy and always purchasing the most padded bra possible to balance out my body. I used to be a 36B, and then when I had my children my breasts got to be a D cup but quickly dwindled down after my milk supply evened out. I'm probably dishonest in saying I'm a B now, because I'm likely an A cup.

I've been lurking on this site for a couple years now picking up information and opinions from the community and the time is finally here for me to get my first consultation! I see Dr. Nick Slenkovich tomorrow, and I'm so excited!! I know I'm pretty knowledgeable from my chronic research, but there is always that lingering uncertainty that you may pick the wrong doctor and not get your desired results. Trying not to get in my head too much and just enjoy that it's finally my year.

Went to my first consultation where I sweated profusely while half naked in front of strangers...no biggie. But anywho, didn't go quite as hoped for the amount of work my current breast require. Dr. Nick Slenkovich recommended a lollipop loft with implants in order to achieve my desired look. Not going to lie, I was pretty bummed to hear that, firstly for the extra scars and secondly for the cost. It's ironic because I saw a review on here a couple weeks ago where a woman posted photos and I thought her tissue size and droopiness looked similar to mine and she opted for the lift and implant and I wondered if that would be my fate too. I have another consultation with a different doctor on the 7th of July and will be curious to hear his recommendations.

I don't disagree with the lift, but it's not easy to process when you envision just needing implants. At this office they only had me try on 2 sizes, 475 and 525, I definitely liked the bigger size and would be curious to entertain a larger size than those as well. I think since it was only the consultation the office was only putting out 2 options and then when you commit you'll get more time to pick through choices and decide. It was fun nonetheless getting to try on the sizers under your clothes. Plus I was just so excited to actually have some forward movement on having the books I've dreamt of since I was a teenager!

Went for my 2nd Consultation on Friday and found my experience to be very different than the first. I went to Dr. Denis Gonyon, and initially I thought this was all an experiment in seeing opinions of various doctors and their recommendations for having a lift or not, but I actually found that I really enjoyed this doctor much more than Dr. Nick. He had a realist approach, once he took all the measurements, he really listened to my end goals. I told him I was a little put off by the lift and that I was seeking improvement over perfection, and he seemed to understand that very well. He said it's possible my nipple to clavicle distance may be a centimeter from the "ideal" but he felt I'd have significant improvement from an implant in general, especially if I wasn't modest about the sizing. He also had a much different perspective on the end look with how my chest is convex at the top ,but slightly concave towards the crease of my breast. He said that this would translate into a very full projection and a more modest 'underboob.' His approach to me just seemed more down to earth, I felt like he understood that I'm not seeking perfection. With the other doctor I almost feel he has a "look" and his only objective is to get you to all the perfect measurements and there is no other way. I completely appreciate that concept, but I don't think that's truthfully my personal end goal with a procedure. This doctor mentioned that a lift could happen at some point, but that I might be satisfied with just an implant and then go from there.

I have one more this Friday, so I will report my feeling on that doctor. But right now I actually think I'm leaning towards Dr. Gonyon. Super surprised since I've watched Dr. Slenkovich on Snapchat and thought he was going to be my doctor all along!
