46 Years Old, 3 Kids, 55 Lb Wt Loss, Feel Worse in my Own Skin Now Than at my Heaviest.

Looking in the mirror, it’s all definitely worth it! Still uncomfortable most days. Really struggling with what to eat. Most lower sodium foods I grab are carbs. I avoided carbs for years to lose weight. I’m cooking more than I ever have before (no time!!) I have 1 recipe I make over and over. I do like it but need some variety. My life is always on the go so it’s a problem!
