Looking in the mirror, it’s all definitely worth it! Still uncomfortable most days. Really struggling with what to eat. Most lower sodium foods I grab are carbs. I avoided carbs for years to lose weight. I’m cooking more than I ever have before (no time!!) I have 1 recipe I make over and over. I do like it but need some variety. My life is always on the go so it’s a problem!

He's a great teacher, professional and funny. Helps you relax! From his work I've seen, an absolute artist!I just had my second consult with Dr. Slenkovich yesterday. My husband was with me this time. Dr. Slenkovich is very kind and very knowledgeable . I had a lot more questions, that were more specific, after reading a lot of stories on RS. He took plenty of time with us, answered and re answered questions until WE were done. He did not act rushed. My husband and I are both nurses and appreciate how hard that is when you have to do 15 things to do right now!
