Hi Suzie! I’m healing great, my incisions are not quite fully closed so I haven’t started my scar treatment. The cocoa butter and bio oil work wonders on the itchy/stretching skin. My doc approved me for lower body workouts, which is super excited because I feel so cooped up! I was curious though, when were you approved to wear a shelf bra, you know the bra that’s built into the tank? It might be nice to have a little extra support while working out

I’m so happy everything is going great. I would say the more supportive the bra the better. Some ladies sleep in their bras they don’t want to risk sagging. You might want to try and find the v s zip front bra, that’s pretty supportive. When I started really exercising again, I had the lululemon pull over head bras, but I wasn’t running, just exercise bands kickbox, pretty low key. You must be thrilled with your results.

Also, when did you girls start massaging, and how often?

I didn’t massage and maybe should have the tt sca, in middle was raised underneath. I’m skin penning that part now. Yes lulu brand under armor has nice zip front bras too.palmers cocoa butter is nice too, biocorneum was what I used on my breast scars.
