Lips Ruined from Lip Fillers and Hyaluronidase?

Hello! Last year I had 1 ml Juvederm injected into my very thin lips. Six months later I was unhappy with the results and went to another doctor to inject 0.5 ml. However, that was a big mistake, because my lips were filled with even more bumps, they were swollen and I believe I was even left with permanent scars. Then, I wanted to dissolve. I started with only partial dissolving but felt like it wasn’t working at all. So then we decided to dissolve the whole lips (after 5-6 times of already dissolving). I still have huge scar tissue on my bottom lip and bumps all over my top lip. The doctor said this is collagen and will not go away. I am very afraid that there will be no way to fix the mess on my lips. I have visible red dots on my lip line as well. They always look bruised and swollen. Is there anything I can do to make it better or will this be permanent? Here are my lips now and before lip filler.
