Uneven areas on my abdomen, back and legs

I had my surgery this year (2021) performed by Dr. Carlos Zuleta Bechara. I was so excited because I thought my results were going to be as good as the ones portrayed in the pictures he uploads on his Instagram page.
It took me about one year to do my research. I got 4 estimates from 4 different surgeons in Colombia (I chose that place because I heard they had great surgeons), and the most expensive one was Carlos Zuleta Bechara. I saved money for this surgery during 2 years and when I had enough money, I scheduled my surgery. Dr Zuleta’s staff did the arrangements for picking me up at the airport and for the hotel in which I was going to stay. Everything looked perfect. The day previous the surgery, I meet him and everything appeared to be ok. I had my surgery, and when I woke up I felt as if I was in hell. The pain was excruciating and whatever they gave me to handle the pain, did not work. I've never experienced something like that before even though I had a plastic surgery in the past in another country.
I had nausea and difficulty breathing, and felt I was going to pass out, which might be frequent after a surgery, what wasn't normal, is the way I was treated by the staff. They probably think I don't remember but I do. They were very rude and insensitive. After the surgery Dr. Zuleta never checked on me until one week after the surgery. He treats his patients as a product. It was literally an in and out service, in which you only see his face once or twice during the whole process. I felt as if I was a product from a factory.
After you pay, they lose interest in you. The treatment I received at the beginning, completely changed after the surgery.
My nurse was nice, but appeared to be unexperienced, and I had to ask her to help me every time, because she was mostly on her phone and laying on my bed. Their nurses are not bilingual, so you are on your own to communicate.
They scheduled me for massages (for drainage) just to txt me back almost every day to change the time of my appointment for the day. They make you buy everything you will use after the surgery, such as compression fajas, diapers, bandages, wipes, etc. Which I think should be included in the price.
After a month of my surgery I saw uneven areas on my abdomen, back and legs. I tried to contact the Dr. but he never responded. He responded my messages after a couple of weeks I contacted him. I feel hopeless. I decided to have a surgery to look better not worse.
I feel that I cannot wear a bikini anymore, and fixing the disaster he made will cost me a lot. More suffering, more pain, not being able to work, and recovery time.
I look at my before pictures and I wish I've never chose him as my surgeon. This was a terrible experience!
