Worst Doctor. Worst Experience

The staff at The Best U Now are so kind and great they were all friendly and assisted to my needs as best as they could. Both OR nurses were just so caring and wonderful they made the experience a lot better. As for Dr. Bradley he was the the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. For one he had the worst attitude just a couple of minutes before my procedure. Then as he’s marking me he never made me feel at ease about the procedure he just lets me know what I have to do post op I just felt him very fluster and rushed. During my procedure I was under local anesthesia so I was awake and I saw him out of the OR wearing a button down shirt when he was suppose to be my surgeon. Not once was I told that I was going to have other doctors work on me and after everything was done he wasn’t even in plain site to let me know everything went well. As for my post op appt I imagined he would have been there to let me know what to expect my body to look like but nope it was ANOTHER doctor taking a look and explaining what needs to be done. Overall I’m disappointed in Dr. Bradley and he should really work on his attitude and his communication skills with his patients.
