Upper Arm Microlipo - very happy with outcome

My upper arms have bothered me for the past 20 years, feeling out of proportion and inappropriately wobbly to me for my age (late thirties). I was always very nervous about arm lipo because of the concern over loose skin. Maybe the excess fat here was not an enormous amount but it seriously affected my confidence and desire to wear anything sleeveless.I ended up taking the plunge and spoke to three surgeons in London: Dr. Sadideen (Cardogan Clinic), Dr Wolf (Private Clinic) and Dr Gupta. I honestly felt that I would have been in good hands with any of them but I really liked the idea of microlipo for a smaller amount of fat and the shorter and easier recovery (and in hindsight I'm grateful for that). I also liked his reviews and photos of previpus work and the consultation, as well as rhe fact that this is all he does.Dr Gupta felt very empathetic and I felt like I didn't have to commit to anything. The initial consultation was free and even the day of the surgery, while I was getting prepped he said it was totally fine to back out at any time if I changed my mind, which made me feel very comfortable. I'm 4 months post op now with what I think are final results and I'm very happy with the outcome, my arms feel more natural to me than they did before, there is a nice reduction in fat and they even look quite toned in certain positions. I'm very happy to wear sleeveless tops now!The underside of the arms still feels a little sensitive to pressure (which I was told is normal) and the skin has adapted very nicely. If I twist my arm there can be a small bit of looser skin at the very top but thats only in an unnatural position and overall my arms are tighter and less wobbly than before. First cosmetic surgery and well worth it! :)
