Before pictures
WORTH IT
So it was really hard for me to find any before pictures as I didn't take ANY photos with my arms showing before. I also had them covered with something, even at formal events I always added a shawl or something to cover them. But I managed to find two photos that give you an idea of what my before arms looked like.
ORIGINAL POST
Upper Arm & Chin Lipo
I am a petite girl but have always had stubborn upper arm fat that did not respond to exercise or diet. My arms always made me appear chubbier than I am, so I never felt comfortable wearing anything that revealed my arms. I tried cool sculpting for my upper arms twice and while I did see some improvements cool sculpting isn't able to shape the arms, so the fat still looked disproportionate. I was really nervous about getting liposuction as it seemed like an extreme procedure but I knew it would yield the best results. From the very first consultation with Dr. Beck I could tell he completely understood what I was hoping to get out of the procedure and he laid out all the options very clearly. He spent time answering any questions or concerns I had about lipo, the recovery, and what to expect. After the consultation, I felt completely confident in booking my procedure with him.
I booked my procedure for January 30th, and I had my upper arms and chin done as I also held some stubborn fat in that area. The procedure went very smoothly and his staff made sure I was well taken care of before/after the surgery.
I am now two months out and I can say without a doubt that the results are everything I hoped for! Dr. Beck did an amazing job targeting the exact area I was concerned about while also being conservative not to take too much fat out. You cannot even tell I had anything done as the results are so natural which is exactly what I wanted. My arms are much more proportionate to my frame now and I feel 100% confident wearing tank tops and clothes that show off my arms. The procedure was completely worth it and thanks to Dr. Beck's great skill with liposuction I now feel comfortable in my own skin.
If you are thinking about Lipo please think about reaching out to Dr. Beck, he is amazing at what he does and has so much experience with liposuction you will be sure to get fantastic results. He is also very kind and personable, with great bedside manner. I cannot thank Dr. Beck and his team enough, he is a real hidden treasure in the bay area!!

Looks very natural under you arms. Most doctors will not perform this surgery, I’ve looked! Why I traveled down to LA for lipo when Dr. Beck is in my own backyard is beyond me, they botched under my chin and refused to do arms. I may go to Dr. Beck for fillers. Your results look fantastic!
Thank you! I'm sorry to hear about LA, but definitely recommend checking out his office
What type lipo did you have on your arms ?
I had power-assisted lipo (PAL)
You didn’t mind the lipo in your arms? What type lipo was it? And did you need to wear compression sleeves ? Was it done under local? Thanks
It was power assisted lipo. I did both chin and arms under local only, it was not too bad. I have a high pain tolerance though, but I think it's an okay procedure for local. I had to wear compression sleeves for 24hrs a day the first week and then for most of the day for another about two weeks. I got the neck stitch out 1 week after and the arm stitches (I just had one stitch above the elbow for each arm) after 2 weeks. I was able to go back to work 5 days after and I was fine.
Thank you. For responding
