- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Unethical, Negligent and Money Hungry
I booked a lower eye blephroplasty and liposuction of the arms and abs through Konkai, they reffered me to Asia Cosmetic Hospital in Bangkok.
I was told I would be with Dr Panyawirunroj for both surgries, when I got there it was 2 completely different surgeons. The surgeon doing my lower eyes told me I was too young for the procedure even tho I'd sent them my age and photos.
I had paid in cash an hour before my consultation with the eye surgeon but was then told I could not be refunded for that surgery, even though I was already getting liposuction.
They then put me in consultation with a dermatologist who told me I needed filler and was going to charge me 65000 baht (more than the cost of the surgery and double the price I paid for filler for 2 areas back in Australia)
I told them no multiple times and they kept pressuring me telling me my face looked weird, I left the room crying and fearing I'd lost the money I decided to get more lipo done in the thighs instead.
Woke up with my legs violently shaking, face was yellow and hands were purple, they gave me water and sugar water which they then blamed me for vomiting after I drank them
They tried to rush me out of the hospital after a few hours and I couldn't even walk and was in so much pain, I told them I needed to be in the hospital, something was very wrong and it was an emergency.
They told me if I wanted to stay I needed to pay an extra 15000 baht. I told them I didn't have it, said I would go to another hospital and one liaison told me not to worry.
The next day they asked me for the 15000 baht, I said the lady told me not to worry about it, they rushed me out, made me take a photo with them when I was in agonising pain.
They told me not to wear compression garments for a week which goes against what you're suppose to do for lipo. They sent me off in bandages which either fell off my legs or were digging into my stomach which was excruciating.
As soon as I put the compression garments on the next day I felt better.
I heard nothing from them and had to source my own massage therapist, until the night I was leaving they asked me to come in for a follow up the next day.
I told them my departure date which was what Konkai told me to book, not only that but Asia Cosmetic Hospital were annoyed I booked a second hotel in Sukhumvit when Konkai told me to.
There is so much miscommunication bewteen Konkai and the hospital, I'm kicking myself for trusting this company when they reffered me to the most negligent, unethical, money hungry hospital they could.
Go to a more reputable hospital, pay a little more, save yourself the pain and trauma.
