Dr. Lawton was great but the staff is another story . Rude doesn't even explain it. Jennifer was so nice up until they took my money then silence . When I went in for my pre op I was reading the paperwork and it wasn't correct. I wanted lipo on my stomach area and that was not listed but I kept asking her this through out the whole process. Long story short , she send me an email about the dangers of surgery but can't answer questions on how I was suppose to get a refund. They kept half my money which is fine apparently they needed it

Some kind of direct communication with me can resolve all staff issues and make sure that our process is improved. We don't keep people's money. There is a clear refund policy which is extremely fair when compared to other policies that patients have brought us. In fact the other policies are so unfair we will often discount the new patient's surgery to the amount that has been withheld.
